At first my order went missing by their courier and unfortunately weren’t receiving clear updates from Caintè. However after some frustration Sebastian reached out and explained the situation, he was beyond helpful and shipped another one straight away. The watch is excellent!

I ordered 3 pieces from Cainté and they were beautiful! However I ordered the wrong size in one item and when I contacted them to make the return they immediately responded and it was so easy and fast. I really appreciate the helpfulness and I would for sure recommend buying some nice pieces from cainté!!
