Great and fast service from Amelie when we wanted to exchange our order.
Arrived on time and even with delivery problems, Sebastian was very responsive and quick to help me.

I ordered a watch, but unfortunately the quality did not meet my expectations at all. I returned the watch already on the second day after receiving it. The return process itself was initially smooth: I received the return label and sent the package back on time without any delays.
What is absolutely unacceptable, however, is that more than a month has now passed and I still have not received a refund or any clear update on the status. Especially before Christmas, I expected my money to be refunded much sooner.
It is very disappointing and honestly frustrating to wait this long for a refund, even though the return was completed correctly and within the required timeframe. I still hope the refund will be processed, but the current handling is far from customer-friendly.

I ordered the Zahara Ring (beautiful!!) in the sale but unfortunately received it in size 56 instead of 54, which is too big for me. Amalie and Oliver from the support team helped me very fast and amazing!
I could keep the Zahara ring to gift it to someone and could choose another piece, since the zahara ring was sold out, as a replacement. This is very kind and i appreciate it a lot! Definitely will be ordering again at cainté!
Support was rapid and v helpful. Annika was so friendly.
The products are really nice and I am happy with them but the experience was totally ruined by the customer service. If you need to return/exchange something it's a total disaster. They barely respond to e-mails, so the process takes on average a month (so way above allowed product return dates)

I ordered a ring for my sisters birthday. It came quite a while too late and needed a second delivery, because the first one got lost. The support team, especially Sebastian, went above and beyond to make sure to answer all my questions regarding the delivery.
Because of the inconvenience the support team sent me a voucher for their shop. The ring is very nice and has a good quality.

My order was send back, because i didn’t became an info that i have to pick it up at the delivery point. Normally it costs 8$ to 10$ to get the package again. But i didn’t had to pay anything. Thank you very much!!

I forgot to pick up my package from the parcel locker. When I contacted them to ask if it could be sent again, I received an immediate response and everything was taken care of right away. Originally, I had ordered something that arrived too big. I requested an exchange which took about 4 business days for them to reply to. They then requested I pay for return shipping, which I did to get the new item to me as quickly as possible. Then they sent me the wrong metal finish. Now I am still waiting for anyone to reply from my return request from FIVE DAYS AGO.
The customer service reps are nice, but the return process is long. I bought the original item over a month ago and Im still trying to get things resolved. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you know you're okay with just keeping things because the return and exchange process are lengthy and pricey.
Cainte: if I took 5 business days to reply to a customer complaint, I would be out of a job. I hope your customer service team hires more people and streamlines the process.
