they just left the cake infront of the…

they just left the cake infront of the doorstep! didnt even doorbell we have a doorbell infront of a flat and didnt also bother to knock we didnt know how long the cake was there! very bad Service!

Very good experience with birthday cake…

Very good experience with birthday cake by cake box. Lovely cake. Would have preferred writing to be in some sort of actual chocolate rather than the liquid sauce it was written in. Would have liked a text message on the day telling me it was ready as only got one email upon ordering and was concerned it might not be available on the day. It was ready - confirmed by a phone call - and it was great.

The home delivery was very fast which made our party so much less stressful and the quality of the cake was extremely good I will make sure that I recommend your company to everyone that asks
