One of the parcels of cakes I had ordered for a friend was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address, by the courier, no fault of Cakehead at all.
I contacted Becky who immediately dispatched a new order for the next day! I call this first class service to their customers, and I am really grateful, thank you Cakehead,

We ordered two boxes of Cakehead brownies for our client (a festive box and a gluten free/vegan box). Although we haven't tried them ourselves (yet – we absolutely will soon!), the feedback we had was amazing, and the customer service could not have been better, the email responses are quick and the delivery was prompt with no issues. Monica goes above and beyond! We can't wait to try these for ourselves!

After some delivery confusion (TOTALLY my fault!) my friend got her millionaire shortbread and assorted brownie box.

This is the second year we have used Cakehead for sending corporate Christmas gifts to our customers and the feedback we have received regarding the brownies has been exceptional. We couldn't resist ordering some for the office, obviously to do a taste survey, and honestly they are the best cakes EVER. So tasty, so moreish and so beautifully packed and presented. Monica gave us tremendous customer service throughout the ordering process and kept us up to date on despatch and delivery. Thank you for a faultless service. We will be using you again for sure!!

Not the first time I have ordered through cake head but this time I ordered and thankfully I checked and it was for Friday 22. A few emails were sent and the order was changed for a delivery of tomorrow. Brilliant service and the cakes are unbelievable. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Monica at Cakehead.

I received a box from a client, and thought WOW. I then ordered 3 boxes personally that very same day, as they were so amazing. Problem with delivery, but Monica soon rectified.
The team at Cakehead are amazing, and if you have never tried one of their cakes, then you wont know what you are missing. I will certainly use again. Thanks again Monica

I recently ordered a gluten-free box of treats as a birthday present for my wife. As my good lady is quite specific, she only wanted the rocky road cakes and not the other two products on offer, as shown on the website within the ‘Joyful’ Box. I emailed Cakehead and dealt with Monica. She was extremely helpful and agreed to oversee my order for a box of rocky roads only. In a previous year, there’s been a slight ‘mix up’ with a similarly placed order. These issues were resolved very quickly by Cakehead, but not in time for my wife’s birthday, which had passed by the time the amended order was received. So, I was absolutely delighted that when I received and opened the box, it was full to the brim of rocky roads! My wife will be beyond thrilled when she receives this gift in time for her birthday tomorrow. I can’t thank Monica and Cakehead enough. I must also add that, as an eater of all things, these rocky roads are incredibly delicious! So much so that the rest of our family eagerly awaits my wife’s birthday every year, so they can dive into the box and have a piece each. Thanks again Monica & all at Cakehead! ps….I (we) wish these rocky roads were available throughout the year and not just at Christmas time! 😁

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve ordered from Cakehead for friends, family & even myself as a treat! The quality of the brownies etc are out of this world I wouldn’t go anywhere else, plus their customer service is so efficient, special thanks to Monica, who I dealt with recently.

Repeat order from this company, I subsequently had a question about my order, I contacted customer service, and had a prompt and very helpful response from Monica. The brownies are delicious (apparently…… have given several as gifts), the packaging is smart, and the option to order gluten free and vegan products is great.
I would like to give a special mention to Monica for her lovely manner, she is a shining example of what customer service should be!! Thankyou.

Great company, I'm very impressed! I ordered some Vegan and Gluten Free cakes, I wasn't sure what to expect but they were delicious! DPD either didn't deliver on the date they said, or sent to the wrong place and then someone dropped them off the next day but I let Cakehead know, and Monica was fantastic in responding offering to send a replacement (which wasn't necessary in the end). Packaging was also very smart. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

The bakes are brilliant, rich and tasty. Keep well and taste just the same if you freeze and defrost them!

Had a small issue with the delivery which was the couriers fault however Monica was straight on the case and dispatched another box which arrived the next day. Great service!

Absolutely gorgeous brownies and people! I needed help adjusting a box for a birthday and the team went above and beyond to make up a great selection of flavours for the treat. Even when I'd accidentally selected the wrong date for delivery, they went ahead and amended it as there was time to!
I couldn't thank them enough for their help and down to earth attitude.
They brownies went down a treat too!!

My son sent a mysterious box which revelaed 3 amazing cakes each one I tried was just lovely so I ate 3 in a row . What a wonderful idea and the use by date is good as well so I wont have to lay in bed hoping they dont go stale before Ive eaten the lot!

Omg cake heaven. Got bought the Hug box as a thank you and these are by far the best cakes of their type ever. Tasty heavenly slices and a nice choice of three different flavours. Since then i have bought a complete box of caramel shortbread and these were just as scummy. Treat yourselves .

What a great experiance ordering from Cakehead is, Monica is professional, friendly and clearly loves her job. We ordered the Brownies with very short notice and never expected that they would be able to fulfil our order of 120 with 2 days notice but they did. The Brownies arrived when promised the presentation is amazing and the brownies look and taste superb! Thank you very much Monica and team

I placed a gift order with Cakehead after checking reviews. However, I had an issue with receiving the delivery from DPD on a specific date through no fault of Cakehead. Monica from Customer Services was amazing dealing with this issue and even offered a complimentary box of brownies as an apology. Thank you for your quick response and I hope the gift is enjoyed by my colleague.

Nice Fudgy brownie stuffed with gooey marshmallow on a lovely thick cookie base! Delicious!
