I tried one of the S'mores Brookie traybakes and they were amazing! Full of flavour, beautifully presented and really good portion sizes! Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic Brownies ! The presentation of the packaging makes for perfect presents and just oozes quality.You can even freeze the products an enjoy a generous shelf life.WOW!

Very impressed with how delicious my bakes were and how beautifully packaged they were and all wrapped up perfectly so there was no damage to the box. Not to mention how speedy the delivery was! Faultless. Will definitely order again, would make a lovely gift for someone special :)

Absolutely fab boxes delivered really quickly and were perfect for snacking and my after dinner coffees. they were delicious - the assorted ones are great but you soon find your favourites!! would highly recommend and good value for money

A Special Edition Valentine Box of Brownies was to be delivered to my family. The customer service was great, incredibly helpful as I needed to change the delivery date. Due to no fault of Cakehead, the box wasn't delivered. When contacted, they couldn't have been more helpful, personally making the delivery that evening. The Brownies were spectacular, will definitely order from Cakehead again soon. Thank you so much.

Had placed an order a few days ago for the Valentines limited edition box, expecting it to be delivered today. Unfortunately, after a lack of shipping updates, I had reached out to the customer service team and spoke with Monica.

Monica had confirmed that the order was lost in transit, and they had arranged a replacement to be sent out to me with next day delivery. Honestly, I have never had such an amazing customer service experience before. I feel valued and confident to use Cakehead again. The service defo made up for the lost order. Thanks Monica!

I was wanting to send out boxes to over 30 different locations with company branding. Lauren made the process so easy and was very communicative and professional throughout, with a super friendly approach. Everything turned out perfectly with absolutely no issues.
Aside from the excellent customer service, the brownie, flapjack and millionaire's shortbread were INCREDIBLE - presented beautifully, and gave that WOW experience that makes it a real treat.

I was fortunate enough to have a Gluten free vegan box of treats delivered as a surprise present. Without doubt the best gluten free brownies etc I have ever tasted. Absolutely sublime. Added to my favourites and will definitely order as gifts for friends & family! Amazing to actually have good quality gluten free food!

Amazing customer service, dpd failed to deliver and refused a redelivery due to perishable goods. Lauren at Cake head was brilliant and sent a second box out. The wait was truly worth the wait the new vegan recipes were absolutely amazing, could not say which was our favourite they were all Fantastic. Keep up the good work xx

Ordered brownies 11th December 2022 to be delivered 14th December never arrived after conversation with the shop they promised to re-send still no joy second phone call promised to deliver again still no goods now in January 2023 after 2 emails through pay Pal yes you've guessed it still no reply all I can say is thankyou for ripping off a pensioner

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I wanted some brownies for my sons 3rd birthday but I also wanted it to suit grandparents, so we picked a box of brownies to suit the young and old. Absolutely beautiful flavours, enjoyed by all. Thank you Nancy and all the team behind these beautiful brownie box’s. We can’t wait to try some more flavours in a few months time when it’s my daughters birthday!

OMG what fantastic customer service. Even though there’s a problem with post office strikes affecting cakehead deliveries, Nancy on the phone was amazing in organising our delivery for xmas. What a lovely person , almost as good as the cakes themselves- I cant say how tasty the hug box is - never tasted better !! Well done cakehead - u made my Christmas!!

Ordered these to be delivered on a specific day for my daughter's birthday. Arrived on the day selected in plenty of time and the cakes were amazing. Plenty for her to share with her friends. Brilliant
