Great service, disappointing cake
My user experience in purchasing the cake is good. They provide small details such as delivery details that i can fill to be able to accept the cake without my husband's knowing (i planned to have a surprise).
They are also contacting me before arriving, and giving the tracking link so that i know how far was the driver.
I am delighted to this point.
After the cake arrived, and i opened it, I became disappointed. For that much of price, the cake looks so plain, and not baked well (I am an experienced cook myself so i know about cake). I ordered new york baked cheese cake, it was cooked enough, however the colour of the cake is not as brown as the one in their photo of website. It felt to me that my cake made in hurry (eventho i placed the order 2 days before). Even the chocolate plaque (which i ordered as well ) looks so disappointing as if it was made without any love or consideration. The plaque was too big, and the writing is messy.
They try to cover all that mess by putting in a layer of gelatin to make it look shiny. Which has made the cake texture awful since the gelatin was thick to feel in your mouth.
However i am pretty happy by their cupcakes which i should have ordered more if i know that the cake was that bad.
In the end i need to spend bucks of buying whipped cream and berries just to add more colour to the cake and look at least decent.
Such a disappointment for the good service they have provided.

You maybe my desire to give my Son a birthday cake for his birthday from the US possible. The ordering was easy, and having the VIP option for delivery right to his location was fantastic. Cake was delicious and looked perfect. Unfortunately some anxious moments as due to an admin error it was delivered to wrong address. Once I contacted the office the cake was quickly redelivered to us.

Poor customer service
It's impossible to have a clear communication with anyone from this company. Delivery was late and they expected someone to be home all day to receive the order, or to pay $30 redelivery fee. We were on hold with their only contact number for the better part of an hour and no one answered - makes you wonder if this is Centrelink. The only form of contact was texting via Messenger. The staff, Mike, was snarky and sarcastic about how he was "sorry that the delivery didn't fit in with my plans", when that was not at all what I was getting at. We were home all day from 8am till past 4pm (delivery was meant to be between 8-3.30pm) and there was no sign of the delivery driver, no indication of an ETA. Overpriced average cake. You're better off going to a good bakery or if you want delivery, get someone from AirTasker or UberEats to deliver to you. Probably tastes better and costs less.

4. Our website clearly states that while most deliveries are done between 8am and 3:30pm, there can be instances where deliveries might be outside of this window due to high demand.
5. We pride ourselves on offering a range of cakes to suit different preferences and budgets. We always encourage customers to choose what they feel offers them the best value.
6. I have screenshots of our chat as a record.
7. You paid for anytime delivery, if you wanted specific delivery time we have a VIP Delivery option.

the cake was nice but!!
the cake was nice, but the delivery was unacceptable. it was left on my front porch fresh not frozen or in a thermal cooler packaging. No notification was sent to notify that it was left there to make arrangement to be refridgerated as soon as possible. Hense why i would prefer to pick up next time.
