This cake was left outside. Would have appreciated if it was not delivered or given to neighbour. Left with no cake and mess to clean.

This is our favourite cake shop. The cupcakes are delicious and soft. Little one enjoys visiting the shop.

the Cakes and Bakes missed understand my date for the cake they make the cake and called me saying why i did not collect my cake last nigh and i said the collection was not last nigh is on tonight so they said no are sure i said yes i will show you my order so when i went there to collected she asked me to show her my order because she did not beleave me and then i picked up my cake but did not taste fresh at all i was not happy with it

Ordered a cake with jam and there was no jam in it.
The order was meant to be ready at 6 and i waited till 18:50pm to receive it because it was not ready.
Emailed multiple times to ask for a colour change and not once have my emailed been answered

Last minute buy for my Grandsons bday who is 11. The selection of ready made cakes was very good. I selected the chocolate vanilla cake. They put Happy Birthday on also. Prasanna was very helpful.

Its my second experience and it was great as first.Fast delivery with fresh and delicious cakes.Highly Recommended.

I ordered a birthday cake on a Saturday (ie. busy weekend) and was able to receive it to my exact specifications on the same day! They went above and beyond contacting me directly to assist and ensuring everything was in place to satisfy my order and delivery. They have superlative customer service and their cake was delicious! I recommend them and would use them again.

My personal experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a birthday cake online and applied a discount code, which was accepted. I paid the discounted amount online and planned to collect the cake at 7:00 PM.

However, around 5:40 PM, I received a call saying there was a “computer glitch” on discount code and my order had been cancelled. They told me I would need to pay the remaining discounted amount to proceed. I agreed and said I would pay at the collection point. The person on the call said they would get back to me, but never did. When I went to the shop, there was no cake, no order nothing.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times called for nine days, messaged on WhatsApp for nine days, and still no proper response. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t treat customers with respect or responsibility. I never received my cake or a refund, and I got no proper explanation or apology. Completely unacceptable.

Amazing cakes . They do customs and i had a cake which i saw on online for my daughters birthday and if you give an order for next day it can happen . They dont charge you for changes on cakes and they can create your ideal idea of the cake you want .

The cake sent as a surprise it was made wrong, i ordered the cake with chocolate and vanila, it was made with choclate only, i talked with the cs agent that is a surprise, the curier told my bf and ruined it, tried to contact them several times they are not responding anymore, worse service ever
