It has all the features I need, easy to use, and delivers professional product.

I received an email with a Calendly invitation so I could book the best time for me, then a follow up email and then a reminder. That's when I realised I was leaving money on the table with my own clients. It's amazing and shows you care. No more "How about Thursday afternoon" "What time" etc etc.

Easy set-up. Customer ease in scheduling. Ability to reschedule or cancel specific events or occurrences.

It saves me a lot of time compared to answering the phone and booking estimates.

I love Calendly when it is set up for me. I do NOT find it user friendly at all, which embarrasses me, as I always have to ask for help when dates change every month. Step by step instructions would be appreciated by those of us who are not very tech savvy.

Calendly makes it effortless to schedule meetings with students. There are much more customization options than I need but the ones I do use are easy to set up.

It's hard to understand why not everyone uses Calendly. I cannot imagine having an efficient work life without it. As a solopreneur and an educator, I use it to allow my coaching clients to schedule our sessions at a time that works for both of us, and my students can also find times that work well for me and do not conflict with their other studies.

The software works, it isn't too complex to navigate, and the price is fair. What else would I want/need? I now have Calendly embedded into my website and pinned to one of my chats on WhatsApp, so I can easily send the link for someone to log in and make the appointment.

Simple, reliable and effective

I love Calendly! It has helped me so much organizing and scheduling meetings! It is simple to use for my clients and simple for me to setup. I like how you can personalize the scheduling pages with the company logo and my picture. But I do wish you were able to customize it a bit more (i.e. color, theming), but that is certainly not a make or break. There are two big drawbacks: one, I wish you were more free to customize event types (and have more options). For example, a group event type can only have one meeting location, unlike a one-on-one where you can have multiple. That makes no sense and is frustrating. Second, a yearly subscription is not cheap (though I am thankful for the non-profit discount), especially when I don’t use many of the features like payment (but I could use the routing feature, but I’d have to pay even more.) However, overall, I love Calendly and it is very helpful to me, and I definitely recommend it!!

Great app to be honest! I'm considering paying for the app. Right now I'm on the free tier which work great for many needs, but I believe it can be worth to pay because it really made my life easier. As a scholar and faculty member I need to schedule multiple meetings in one single week.

It helps with my scheduling. I no longer have an assistant to help so Calendly works great.

Really great system - makes so much difference to how my work life is organised!

It's an accessible and easy to use platform. It eliminates too much back forth trying to line up a meeting / connection time. In the past I've had 6 emails at times to achieve this simple goal. No longer! Everyone finds a time that works for them and now my calendar and meeting / connection times are more consistent. The platform offers nice prompts and communication for all parties. There are lots of custom settings for personalization and calendar integrations across other platforms. I greatly enjoy this tool and would not want to do business without it.

I am using it for my Spanish classes. It works perfectly well for my students to book their classes with me. We can also reschedule classes when we have got attendance problems. I find it very useful.

Great platform that is not always intuitive. Setting up various events can be difficult. There is no easy way to book a standalone meeting.

Simple to use and the free has enough functions to it. The platform cuts down on the number of back and forth emails when trying to set up a meeting. Calendly was a game changer!

Calendly allows people to easily book a meeting with me and I can limit it to 1 meeting type per day. With the workflows I can send emails: a booking confirmation email with FAQs, reminder one week prior to meeting and a link to my presentation the day of the meeting.
