I use Calendly when I outreach to new candidates. I am in a different time zone to the candidates I am meeting with, so I rely on Calendly to save the back and forth of aligning times that work for both of us. I appreciate that I can create multiple meeting types, so I send out links with a title related to the jobs I am hiring for. It allows me to focus on the actual calls and not organizing them.

Good application. easy to use.

Been using Calendly for quite some time to automate scheduling for my consultation sessions with my students. Love that I don't have to manage this manually. Set the date and time range, hook it up to Google Meet or Zoom, Calendly will handle the rest.

Critical for my Virtual business

The fact that I can have different sessions for different purposes (services), have seamless integration with Zoom and have an App (allowing me to for instance cancel a meeting if I am unavailable), means that Calendly is simply an integral part of my business.

I have looked at other solutions, but will stay with Calendly.

Calendly is my go-to scheduling tool, which I've stuck with for years already! As a busy consultant, Calendly's various scheduling options allow me to manage my client meetings, prospecting calls, and networking opportunities without spending hours on my calendar.

The tool is constantly updated and improved, and new features such as meeting time polls and better manageability of meeting limits are a couple of recent developments I've particularly appreciated. Calendly's templates are fully customisable, visually pleasing and easy to use.

I recommend Calendly for anyone spending a lot of time in calls and meetings - and wanting to focus their time on delivering value, not managing logistics.

Great app, works well for me. Slow synchronization with my Google calendar is the only thing I don't like.

Calendly is fantastic for scheduling appointments! The automated notifications have been a lifesaver with clients. It would be great if they offered more localized pricing for India, similar to how Canva does. It would definitely boost adoption here!

We like scheduling meetings with Calendly, but setting paid appointments is challenging. There's no way to offer a coupon code or discount without duplicating events, which is incredibly inefficient and creates infinite work. We use workarounds, but none of them are great.

I don't like having only one availability calendar. I use a US availability for multiple events, AU availability for multiple events and UK availability for multiple events. Now I have to adjust every individual event which is annoying.

Calendly makes scheduling SO EASY!

I have been using Calendly for years and recently upgraded to a Basic plan, I see huge value as it helps me schedule all my events seamlessly and also reminds participants about upcoming calls

It has reduced no shows and also gives me more time to focus on actual work rather than back end things!

calendly helps on schedule meetings but the no show rate is higher if schedule from calendly. I guess the reason might be something with calender booking? and maybe it will help to send reminder 1day before the meeting

They don't listen to feedback. If a team of sales people want to use a single event, there's no way to max 4 appointments per person for the event.

For example, once a person gets 4 appointments booked for the day for this event type, it should not allow them to book a 5th appointment, and the calendar should adjust to only reflect availability of the next 3 people. Right now one person could get booked 10 appointments, and another could get booked 2, even if you try to set the max to 4 per person per day.

This would make our lives so much better but they don't care to implement.

I have been very happy with Calendly the past 5 years.

Simply and easy to use for beginners. Love the fact that multiple events can be scheduled and assigned different colors. Charging clients is embedded too.

I am a tax consultant and I see clients by appointment only. I used to pencil my tax appointments manually and did this for years. It was a torture....year after year! I had to wait for the client to reply to my text, email, or phone call to inform them of my availability. And then I was introduced to Calendly!! I have freed up so much time to focus on what I love to do more and Calendly does the rest for me. What I love even more is that my clients are forwarding my links to their family members and friends to set up their appointments. It's a win win for me. It is very user-friendly....THANK YOU CALENDLY!!!!
