Fantastic for letting clients set up meetings with me individually, has really taken a load off our team who used to have to do this.

Very cumbersome for meetings with more than me on our company side. The setup of all the different combos of people and meeting lengths has been more than we can do and we don't end up using Calendly for this, yet. And lots of our meetings involve more than 1 of our people, so it's a big limitation.

I do like the integration features with Zoom and Gmail. One thing i did notice, when you reschedule a meeting notice the clients phone number does not automatically poplulate after you select a new date and time. Outside of that, I love it. The workflows are great to setup.

I have enjoyed the ease of Calendly. It has been simple and user friendly. I have my link all over the place and I have people sign up for consultations regularly without having to check in with me about my open spots. Huge time saver.

I love the ease of use. It is very helpful with scheduling all of my training times at the beginning of each month

I could not run my business without it. I have lots of clients who need to make lots of appointments just saves me tons of time and energy.

5 and a half years ago, an off hand comment by a stranger led me to Calendly, and boy did it tick all the boxes! It shocked me how much of a fit it was for my business and was exactly the type of scheduling solution I was looking for.
It has evolved into so much more over the years and of all the things I love about it, I think top of that list is the responsiveness of the support team and the developers. I've been here long enough to see many of my requests become features and that is not something I'll ever take for granted.

I've been an evangelist from day one - but I'm still waiting on that affiliate program guys ;-)

I've been using this for almost 2 years now. It's very useful for prospecting and client meetings.

Ok so I've been using calendly for 3 yrs now. To be honest, I don't know what I would have done without it. It has really made my consulting business take off and be profitable 📈 through easy payment acceptance through PayPal.
The new updates and features are getting better and better. Keep up the amazing work Calendly Team. 🙏🏿💪🏿🏁🏃🏿📈‼️

I love it. Everything is quite easy to set it up and the workflow are good. My only issue is the sync with Outlook Calendar. It could be security reasons but I am not able to sync it with my outlook. So I have to have a workaround through google calendar and then import the csv file...

Why is it so complicated to free up a time slot once it has been taken & freed up again?. WHy can'y it be synced with the calendar itself??.

This is so frustrating.

I love using Calendly. I am a High School Counselor. Parents and students need an easy way to be able to make an appointment with me. Calendly interfaces with my own calendar and only gives appointment times that are not already filled. I've been using it for 2 years. It only took a short while to set up my work hours, and I placed the link in the signature of my email. I don't have to block off time in Calendly. As long a I block it off on my calendar, a person can't make an appointment during that time. When people make appointments, they will show up on my Google calendar. It shows their email address, so if iI have to reschedule, I can easily do that.

Calendly has made my research calls so simple, and I love that the free option is good enough to use for consistent bookings. I will though upgrade once business is booming, to get the extras and make the most of all it has to offer. My only ask is that you create an easier and more attractive integration into Wix websites please - apart from that couldn't be happier :)

I like how easy this program is and how you're constantly trying to improve it for us.

Ease of Use, Good Visuals, No Hiccups

I'm not loving it. My clients are using the tool to schedule with me, but they are not receiving the invitation. Sometimes, I receive it, and sometimes, I don't. This is causing a lot of confusion and frustration for them and me.

The pricing is affordable. It’s made running my business easier and more efficient. I love that it is Black owned and African man owned. No issues at all. I use it every day.

Meetings are easy to schedule and the format is set up well. I really enjoy using the AI meeting recaps. They are very detailed and very useful.

I love using Calendly! It’s easy to use, no issues, and any I’ve had I’ve sent to support and they were great at helping me answer it.

Calendly saves me a lot of time and trouble since I don't need to coordinate times to meet. People appreciate being able to see my availability and setting up their own meeting time and format.
