I have sincerely appreciated the tool. This has become a "go to" tool for scheduling many meetings for my Vistage practice.

It has been happening couple of months already. I am in CET time zone, all my client are, but when I schedule 9:30 am call, their invitation says 4:30. It wasnt problem before. Another issue..I have preset time meeting for 50 minutes, still the same meeting is scheduled only for 30 mins.

The app is getting worse, I am seriously thinking to switch to another one.

I would love to be able to do email marketing with my calendy bookings without having to pay another platform

Calendly is a cornerstone software tool at the core of my business operations, and I often use it in my personal life as well. So many great automations for solopreneurs and small business owners. Excellent value.

Frustrating New UI – A Step Backwards!

I’ve been using Calendly for a long time, but the recent UI changes are a huge downgrade. The new design limits the viewing space, making it incredibly difficult to review and correct scheduling details. I’ve already made errors because I couldn’t see all the necessary information at once.

Additionally, there are way too many extra clicks to perform simple tasks that were previously seamless. Instead of improving efficiency, these changes have made scheduling more frustrating and error-prone. Please bring back a more user-friendly design!

It makes so easy to schedule calls! I love the workflows the UI is very intuitive, both for the hosts and the invitees. I love that the links for the calls are not too long

We use Calendly to manage bookings between our clients and our consultants (e.g. for workshops or skills assessments), and of course for sales, recruitment, and other types of bookings. The simple booking experience makes this easy for our clients, and the great reporting/integration options lets us access the data we need quickly to keep our team on track. The time and stress saved by being able to trust Calendly as our booking tool makes it one of our most important tools.

Free version is easy to use and provides what I need for my small business right now.

It would have been a 5 but the recent changes on the App which removes the ability to view the calender limits my enjoyability of use. As a visual person I would love to see if I have blocked out dates correctly. Without this functionality, I use my website now to look.it would be great if this was put back.

Ease of use, configurability

Calendly is a life and time saver. I loathe going back and forth over email about availability. It makes my work life so much easier and gives my meeting attendees to pick THEIR best date/time based off my calendar.

Invaluable tool for my team to keep my calendar busy. The smart phone App is great, makes it effortless to text a calendar link on-the-go to clients requesting a consultation. Effortless for clients to coordinate with their availability and to reschedule if the need arises. Great resource for relaying important information and links to clients who look to schedule appointments.

Excellent value for the price.

Hannah and I love using the platform. It's especially helpful for Hannah since she's in high school, and she needs to manage her meetings after school. It's also a funny upsell as it reminds people that our founder...is a sophomore:-)

Calendly is AWESOME!! It makes scheduling meetings for my clients really simple and straightforward, allowing clients to schedule their own meetings and reschedule as needed, all within the confines of when I'm available and want to take meetings. It's very easy to set up and customize multiple meeting links for various meeting types, durations, etc. each with it's own schedule of availability. I can't imagine trying to live without it!

Love the ease with which I can manage my calendar.

I've relied on Calendly for about five years now to manage my calendar and set appointments with recruited candidates. I can't imagine going back to the five email rounds of "does this time still work?" My only complaint about Calendly is that I didn't know about it years earlier!
