I would have gave zero Stars if it wouldn't let me. I placed an order January 9th for almost $70 I was told it was delivered at the end of February but I didn't receive anything no way of finding out where my package went as they offer no proof of delivery.. very very disappointed and pissed off at this point.

This company is a total scam, don't order from here!!!!

VERY disappointed. First, a 20% tax was added to the costs, which after I challenged it, that was refunded. 24 days after ordering, no items. Tracking only says that our items were delivered to a partner shipper. We've asked for a refund since the items are time specific (Palm Sunday through Resurrection Day) and they denied us saying "be patient". I would've never ordered had the disclosed they're either in China or Germany, depending on which email to believe. Steer clear. Waiting on CC company response.

I placed my order and received my confirmation and they had tacked on a 20% sales tax. I sent them an email to cancel the order. That was less than an hour after it was placed. I then contacted PayPal to report a fraud but PayPal asked that I try to resolve the issue with the seller (PayPal's standard practice) and they provided an email (not the same domain that was on the confirmation email) and a phone number. The phone number was located in China. I sent an email to the company and asked again that they cancel my order and pointed out that companies with no physical presence in the US do not collect sales tax. They responded with a credit for the sales tax but did not cancel the order. Their site gives no indication of the shipping location so I should have been tipped off. I am now concerned that I am going to be required to pay some substantial fee for the goods to clear customs if they are shipped by May 2. Addendum: I posted factual information about my experience in the Facebook comments for their site and the comments were removed by the site owner.

Today, I ordered 3 items for $69. Have a receipt for $69. They then charged my credit card $86. I think this is a scam. I wrote to the company and will dispute charge on credit card. Maybe they are phishing for information and credit card information.

When I placed my order to Called by Faith, the confirmation email came from Vdfggh Co. Ltd. The quality of the shirt was extremely poor and the sleeves were so long, and did not match up to the size shirt I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they said I got what I ordered and offered me a $2.00 refund. They finally came all the way up to a $7.00 refund. The product comes from China. Waste of time and money.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I ordered a sweatshirt in the beginning of February and it’s now the end of March and still haven’t received it. I emailed them to request a refund and got a response saying they have to deduct the price of the merchandise and the shipping if they refund me. Total scam! Don’t order from here!

I have been trying to do a return but it keeps taking me back to the home page. What am I missing? My return window is closing fast.

I ordered two tops in January. I still haven’t received them. They are ALWAYS in transit. I’ve asked for a refund three times! They do respond apologetically saying to be patient it is coming. I don’t think I will ever receive them, and they were for Valentines Day! So much for that! Do not buy from this site!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt on 1/24/25 and have never received it. I sent them THREE emails and not ONCE have they responded!

I ordered a top with the nativity on it. I ordered the 1st week in December but have not yet received it. When contacting the company I just get the runaround. Tracking now says it was delivered in 1/25 but I did not get it. Then says to check with the USPS... They have no record with the tracking number provided. I cannot recommend this company

Received a beautiful cardigan with a unique floral design. It took longer than expected, around two weeks. Packaging was basic, could improve there. Quality seems good, though it could be slightly softer. Pricing feels reasonable. Overall satisfied, but quicker shipping would enhance the experience.

I ordered the sweatshirt in black with Red Cross on Nov 12. Pic showed a waffle knit material. I received no confirmation though money was deducted immediately. Customer service said they could find no order. It arrived today, Dec 21, looking nothing like the picture. Sleazy material, no binding on seams, scratchy, a turtle neck instead of crew neck. Sprayed black on the outside, white on inside so all seams showed white and pulling on fabric exposed white where spray didn’t sink in. Overall, a terrible product and a waste of $42 including shipping.

I'm starting to think this is a scam. I ordered a shirt on Dec.2 and paid an extra $10 for shipping. It's the 18th and no word when it might arrive. Every "contact us" is a dead end. So sad that a website like this would be so dishonest.

Not to be trusted. Package came with counterfeit postage…had to pay additional amount at post office to keep package…opened it up and the Christmas sweatshirt was very cheap material…arm length very short and a giant black ink blob on the front. Reached about and they said the warehouse confirmed a quality product…would not trust this company!

I ordered a Christmas sweater for my wife on November 10, 2024. It's December 6, 2024 and the sweater is not here. Tracking on website only says that it is with the third party shipper, whoever that is, somewhere unspecified in the United States. No estimated date of delivery or anything. I was not informed in the beginning that the sweater would be drop shipped from
overseas. My inquiries now fall on deaf ears.

Beautiful design and comfortable fit, but the fabric could be a bit more breathable. Consider lighter material.
