I was really hoping to love it BUT I dont sadly.
I was really hoping to love it. I dont hate it but I also dont love it. It seems to have made my neck hurt worse and now my back is hurting again. The vibration massage is just that vibration.. I expected somewhat of a massage feeling however for me I dont. I was also hoping to correct my neck hump and im giving that some time. If it doesnt help it then for me this pillow isnt worth $110. Thats my honest opinion. I will also be returning in a few weeks if I dont notice any benefits

I received the product and it does not perform to expectations. It only vibrates reasonably on the right side. I was wishful for something more. I would not buy again.

It is comfortable and feels exactly like a massage very relaxing and helps with my pain around my neck. The heat and vibration really helps to loosen and relax my stiffness.

Had trouble getting it to work right…was charged but hard to start, better instructions would be great. Plus a diagram to show just how to be placed…felt good once I got it started and put where it felt the best but “no pain no gain” was in my mind…
