The piece that goes under my neck felt a little too warm. Will use a towel to mitigate that. Otherwise, I’m very pleased. The low back piece feels very good.

Excited…
Well when my Callixe arrived I was disappointed on the packing and shipping of it. But everything was okay inside. My Husband really was not expecting it to relax his neck after a long work day. But after 10 minutes (his first-time) he wanted to continue and told him not the first time. He felt very relaxed.

Great Relief
I have been using the neck massager for just over a week and it is amazing. All the tension is gone, I have more range of motion and I am almost totally pain free.

"Oh, I'm keeping this one!"
It has only been about a week but I have very positive things to say! While i wish there was a tad more lift (to perhaps watch tv from bed- although now that I am writing and reading it, understand it most likely at least partially contributed to my neck problem in the first place lol so...) I understand why it is designed the way it is and quite frankly - after only using it for about a week now, almost every night for at LEAST 15 minutes- i think something is working. Usually I am in agonizing pain, but my husband just said to me 'hey you haven't complained about your neck in a while'- and I realized I hadn't taken any pain killers for the usually chronic neck jar and back aches all week!?!?! The only thing I could think of that was different was using this pillow! I am stoked and hope it continues correcting my stiff neck issue! Ladies, I also find it is GREAT for lower back and even front lower abdominal area for women during PMS or ovulation - the heat and vibration is so soothing. On the first day after I used it, I (the unabashed regular-returner) actually said out loud "Oh, I'm keeping this one" !

I constantly wake up with headaches and neck stiffness
I constantly wake up with headaches and stiff neck and pain. I have used it for a week and my pain is less, not totally gone but less. Stiffness of my neck is also better, less pain too. Hopefully if I keep using it, my neck pain, stiffness and headache will be gone soon.

Very Helpful Product
The pillow feels very well made, overall. The memory foam is super soft/comfortable, and I feel that the traction and the heat are especially beneficial for the extreme tightness in my neck. If I was to suggest adding anything it would be to integrate an app so I could start it up without trying to find the right buttons behind my head while I'm laying on it.
I will say that it took a very long time for the product to arrive in my mailbox. Nearly 3 weeks. But it is 100% worth the wait, I use it nearly every day.
