Less than 1 star for the worst service !!!
I would have given less than 1 star for my 2 recent orders if it was possible. The site said it would take 4-5 days for the delivery due to the Coronavirus situation. After 1 week, the order was still in preparation. I called them, they said it would be shipped. For another week, it was still in preparation so I had to call them again 2 or 3 times. Finally, after 3 weeks' wines arrived. It was long but the wines were good so I ordered for the second time, thinking that 3 weeks should be enough. It started off well as the shipping notice arrived within 3-4 days but it was never delivered. I tried to call them at least 50 times to get them and when you I finally got them on the phone, they tell you to send an email but they never answer. After another 30 times trying to call them and expressing my discontent, they finally shipped the wines. I often talked to a girl named Giulia. The worst things is she or they don't really care or feel sorry. This time it took 4 weeks! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Do not order from them.
