Their porting department is about 10%…

Their porting department is about 10% helpful. We got half of my phone numbers transferred and now for 3 months I'm stuck with skewed data in my business (the opposite of callrails vision), and paying both carriers to hold on to my numbers.

Most recently, I've been trying to get on a call with them for over a week (again) and after several emails, I hold 20 minutes today just to get disconnected. I really wish we never would have started a relationship with them and would have given callfire or marchex a try. 😑

have been using callrail for a year+

have been using callrail for a year+.
the desktop panel control is great and easy to use and has everything you need.
receiving calls- is BAD! calls are not being delivered, the system is sending customers straight to voicemail without ringing our phones.
Not all of the call are going to voicemail but we are defiantly loosing customers on a daily basis, at some days it can get up to 70% off the calls.

making calls- when you make a call trough the app your call rail number calls you a press 1 to connect the call is required
1. we do not receive the press 1 to connect the call message
and when we do the message press 1 to connect the call does not wispier and we end up getting the message in our voice mail so calles cant be made.

Call whispers - does not always work so you end up answering calls as if its a personal call (defiantly does not sound professional to the customers).

customer service- representatives are very polite.
the only solution that they have to these problems is making test calls which when they go trough they say that they can not detect any problems
when their test call does not go trough they open a ticket make some changes and tell you to call back if the problems persists which they always do (called at least 15 times and got the same answer again and again .
Overall I Do not Recommend Callrail not to small or large businesses.
its important to add that has of now part of our businesses is still ruining with callraill that only for the reason that changing our business number is not something that can be easily done. we are leaving callraill little by little

Best Call Tracking System I've Used

I've used many different call tracking systems, and CallRail is the best option I've found. It gives me lots of options for integrating with WordPress and has powerful keyword tracking tools which are very valuable. CallRail is definitely my favorite!

Call Rail does not work in Australia so…

Call Rail does not work in Australia so don't bother signing up for their free 14 day trial. Their system isn't able to generate local numbers, contact customer support and they'll tell you there's a bug in their system which their engineers are working on... they've been working on it for 2 weeks now

CallRail does an awesome job of…

CallRail does an awesome job of routing, tracking and recording my phone numbers.

The ease of setting up call flows and adding new tracking numbers is seamless.

The software can get a little pricey if you send a lot of texts or use a lot of minutes, but overall it's worth it.

I highly recommend CallRail for any business looking to track their phone calls and use numbers other than their cell phones for a more professional look.

Call Rail is so great!!

We have loved shifting our call tracking over to Call Rail. Grabbing a new number is so easy and the fact that we can know with certainty where our new patient calls are coming from is a HUGE advantage. I'd recommend them to anyone...except our competitors...ha!

Wish I had found Call Rail sooner!

I first reached out to Call Rail in the fall of 2017. At the time, we were experiencing several issues with our existing call tracking system (particularly within Adwords) AND were notified that our current provider would be increasing their fees significantly in the coming year.

A friend of mine in the digital marketing space recommended Call Rail; so I did a little research and then reached out to them. The team at Call Rail did a wonderful job hearing our needs for the system and defining a plan that would work well for our business and fit our budget.

We decided to make the switch in December of 2017 and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Their team has been extremely helpful with getting us setup and has even been proactive in making sure that all our needs and goals have been met. Their service is extremely user friendly and provides terrific data, which in turn makes my life as a marketer so much easier.

I would definitely recommend Call Rail - especially to anyone that is feeling they are not getting enough from their current provider. The setup is very easy and their team is wonderful throughout the whole on-boarding process. I wish I had found these guys sooner!

Poor customer service and can’t use the product

I pay $130 a month and haven’t been able to create any new numbers for the last 2 weeks. The only response I can get from customer service is that they’ll let me know when I’m able to create numbers again. It’s not good enough so I’m switching.

Call Rail is top-notch!

Call Rail is top-notch! Call Rail is easy to set up, integrate and use. I have several clients that currently use Call Rail to track calls and form fills from marketing campaigns and all are quite pleased with the service. I love the ability to manage all of my clients accounts with a single login. Our sales rep, Russ, is fabulous, too. Always available and quite helpful.
