Call Rail is top-notch!

Call Rail is top-notch! Call Rail is easy to set up, integrate and use. I have several clients that currently use Call Rail to track calls and form fills from marketing campaigns and all are quite pleased with the service. I love the ability to manage all of my clients accounts with a single login. Our sales rep, Russ, is fabulous, too. Always available and quite helpful.

Helpful tool

Since it captures all phone calls (not just mobile click-to-call actions), CallRail helps us do a better job of capturing all of the critical conversion data in our campaigns.

Very solid service

You have the ability to set up as many unique phone numbers as you need. My organization is tracking the responses of online and offline marketing pieces for several projects running simultaneously. The service is very easy to use and I've had no issues at all. I would recommend!

I came from a more telecommunications…

I came from a more telecommunications focused vendor that charged for every little thing. I thought that was to be expected across the board, until I discovered CallRail. Simple pricing with clear usage fees immediately saved our company over $2000 a month, and that was just from switching over.

Now that we are starting to implement some of the more advanced features CallRail has to offer, we are able to offer our clients a lot more than just toll-free numbers and call recording. Our clients are so impressed with the platform, we are seeing more retention and higher satisfaction with their marketing campaigns.

Go To Choice For Call Tracking

When it comes to tracking the results of landing pages, using a tool like CallRail is a must. CallRail's CallPool functionality solved every problem we ran into. I love being able to see all of the data you want in a simple dashboard and still having the ability to export data if needed. The setup of custom integrations with Google Adwords and Google Analytics was a breeze!

Excellent Service - Extremely Easy to Use

We ported our 3 business numbers over to CallRail from Cox. CallRail allows us to easily and effectively direct our phone calls wherever we need at any time. The interface is extremely easy to use. We are only using a fraction of CallRail's service offerings and we can't recommend them enough.

CallRail offers a great service at a very affordable price. They beat out the competition on customer service and features. However, I wish they would allow MMS texts (to receive pictures) and longer text messages.

Simple, Fast and reliable
