Highly Reccomended for awesome growth investment. Small operation review...

Calltools.com is a great way to expand many businesses. Upon calling Sean Stanley the first time, and just the few times i’ve needed him or his teams; they never fail to support my success. I’m a small operation and I can tell they treat me the same as if I was a 400 man operation. I appreciate them and highly recommend!

The tools are beyond what are normal in most call centers; and the cost is brilliant!

Call Tools is an amazing system…

Call Tools is an amazing system covering just about every aspect of a power dialer you could think of. Awesome support that you can connect with directly and they take the time to listen and guide you.

We love CallTools

We love CallTools! unfortunately we dont have people to use the system. But we will definitely sign up again if we decide to hire people to do Cold Calling.

Great experience and great customer…

Great experience and great customer service. I just partnered with another business that already has a Call Tools account, so this account was unnecessary. The system and interoperability with other products like Podio are incredible.

Shawnie was very helpful getting me up…

Shawnie was very helpful getting me up and running. We were able to burn through a number of contact lists in days would've taken weeks without Call Tools. Very straight forward and easy to use. Highly effective, boosts results but also boosts training as our interns were able to practice with the script 10x more because of the number of connects there were getting.

Calltools has the best customer…

Calltools has the best customer support. I was dealing with a technical issue and Anna literally came back to the office to help me out after she had already left and Shawnie my sales rep made that happen for me . I am deeply appreciative for all the help and would strongly recommend this company.

I I have now been using Call stools for almost a year and I love it!!

When I was first looking for a dialer system to implement for my business I was overwhelmed. There are too many out there. How do you choose. There were a few that allowed you a free trial. And I tried out a couple. But I wasn’t happy with any of the ones I tried. In my search I came across Call Tools and spoke with Chase Alcaraz. He told me I should give Call Tools a try and once I do I won’t look at any other dialer as I would be happy with it. I thought of course he would say that. He is biased. But then he insisted on showing me demo by screen share. And I liked what I saw. Although they didn’t have free trial, Chase assure me that if I wasn’t happy with it, I’ll get a refund and that he is sure I’ll end up keeping it. Well... I have now been using Call Tools for almost a year and I love it! It is really really easy to use. Although sometimes some issues come up but they have the most AMAZING support team!! Every time I need help there is ALWAYS someone there to help. And if they happen to be unavailable helping someone else they do amazing job at following up!! So thank you Chase for convincing me to get this system. And Thank you to the support team - Jessica, Jesus, John, David, Keith!!!

CallTools is by far the best power…

CallTools is by far the best power dialer I have ever used. It is efficient, intuitive and technologically superior to anything else that I have tried. Calls have no lag time - it's awesome. The support staff are helpful, give it a try!

Calltools is great! Chase is awesome and quick to respond. He has tons of knowledge about the Calltools product. I am new with Calltools and so far, I am impressed with the features.

Best dialer we have ever used

Best dialer we have ever used. Our callers are remote, however we are able to listen to them in real time and speak with them throughout the day like they are in the same office with us! You have the ability to tailor their program to fit your business and not be trapped in a box.
