This company is a scam. Ordered a pillow in January. Never received. Contacted the company several times. They apologized for the inconvenience, said they would ship it when in stock. The last 2 times I got no response, no pillow, and no refund.
Ordered a sciatica knee pillow almost 10 weeks ago. Sent a polite e mail asking for an update and received a bland “your order is important and will be with you when we can ship it out” No time scale. Given a tracking number which wasn’t recognised and despite several e mails since, have heard nothing since. Avoid st all costs and this could be a scam!! Would not give any stars if I could.

My purchase has never been delivered. I sent an email enquiring about this and received a reply apologising for the delay and I was given a tracking link. The link was fake and further emails and a request for a refund have gone unanswered. Either this is one of the worst online stores around, or it's a total scam
