I'd just want to say a big thank you to the staff at Camdenfires. The two staff that i dealt with from ordering the stove to delivery were Teejay and Zeta. Considering I live over 220 miles from their showroom, it was like purchasing from a local store. They helped and advised on all questions that I had, plus they reassured on delivery arrangements.

Excellent customer service before, during and after the installation. Very efficient. Design and stove advice was spot on. My only slight comment, and it is a small issue given I have still have given 5 stars, is to make sure the dust sheets are cleaner at the start. I know I'm being fussy but it is mucky enough. Having said that absolutely delighted and would highly recommend Camden Fres

Had a great experiance from Camden Fires after placing an order for a British Fires Electric fire. I was after a quick delivery as we had work starting over the coming days. The team were fantastic from start to finish, supporting me through the sales journey, raising the orders and getting the product delivered to me within 24 hours! the girl in the showroom was great , really knew her stuff and my new woodburner is top notch, the lads that fitted it were spot on!

This company went above and beyond from start to finish! The staff in the office were super friendly and helpful and the fitters for the job done in the time given as promised, they were so clean and tidy and even hovered before they left. I couldn’t be happier with the media wall. I will recommend to family and friends! Thank you

My wife and I are very happy with the prompt, smooth and efficient service that we received from Camden Fires & Pine ltd.
After looking around their showroom, we were given some brochures and a contact card. There was no hard sell, the girl on the desk was happy to help and advise us with our enquiries.
They were able to remove our old gas fire and install new electric fire within one week. The installation lads were friendly quick and efficient, they made very little mess and cleaned up after themselves. They took away all packaging and old fire. We both love our new fire and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camden Fires for their excellent, efficient service.

Our fire was fitted by Camden Fires on 3rd of May 2024. After only a couple of days the fire began to make an awful high pitched squeaking sound. We notified Camden Fires of the problem on the 24th of May. They were unable to resolve the problem and informed us that they had activated the manufacturers warranty. We were told that the cause of the problem was “Worn-out bushes” and that the fire would need new parts. Unfortunately the required parts were unavailable. Even though the fire was unfit for purpose, Camden Fires made no attempt to replace the fire or refund our money. After personally contacting the manufacturer our fire was eventually replaced on the 19th of July 2024.

Had replacement stove fitted..installers brok hearth..Camden said I'd broken it myself with a poker !! No after inspection given and no Hetas certification issued..they denied both..lies !!
