Camel Glass to the rescue
We had windows and doors installed by Squarefoot Builders and the standard of the finish left a lot to be desired so we approach Camel Glass, the manufacturers, to try and resolve the many issues with them.
Phil, Caine and Tom have worked tirelessly and displaying excellent trade standards to successfully turn around the finish, so now we have something we can be proud of and when we look at them can now smile and feel satisfied with our new windows and doors.
After completion of all the restoration work they left my property without any signs that they had been in attendance, save for the fabulous windows and doors.

Camel have been great all the way through getting our composite door. We had made a fair few changes to what we wanted, colour style etc. So thank you to Simon for your help and patience! I recently reached out to Camel Glass & Joinery to fix a defective door-lock that had been fitted some time ago. Two of their team members, Chris and Russel, came out today and I’m extremely pleased with how the whole job was handled.
From start to finish the service was excellent. The company responded quickly, arranged the visit without delay and clearly prioritised resolving the issue.
Chris and Russel were both very professional, polite and thoroughly competent. They explained what needed to be done, carried out the repair efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only installs products but also stands by their work and sorts out problems promptly when they arise. I’m very happy with how everything went and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camel Glass & Joinery — and in particular thank Chris and Russel for their excellent work today.

We had a problem with our garage door
We had a problem with our garage door. My phone call was answered by Tony Smith, who came out himself the next day to view the problem.
He subsequently sent round two excellent fitters Russel and Chris who very efficiently repaired the defect. The work was done quickly and cleanly and during their time with us Russel and Chris were true ambassadors for Camel Glass.

Chris and Russell from the Redruth branch fitted a front door and glass panel yesterday and I was impressed with their efficiency and expertise. Jimmy and Brad did a sterling job. Talked me through everything they did and even gave me a maintenance kit for aftercare. They even went out of their way for my neighbour and did a little fix it job free of charge for her, which they didn't have to do. Nice lads that work hard! Give em a raise!

We moved into a new build March 2025
We moved into a new build March 2025. Camel Glass had fitted all the windows & exterior doors. The doors & windows are of a high quality. Recently we had a couple of minor issues regarding the operation of a couple of windows & a set of French doors. Sent an email to Andy, which was answered promptly. Andy arranged for fitters to come within a couple of days. Danny & his colleague (apologies I forget his name), arrived on time & made some minor adjustments. They were friendly & polite, they asked if there were any other issues (which there wasn't). Great job & reassuring that they were there when we needed them.

Reglazing French doors
For a window repair
We had a glazed panel in a door that had blown. It was still under guarantee. The replacement process was really simple, the replacement panel arrived within three weeks. The two gentlemen who came to fit it did a great job, very quick and also gave the set of doors a full going over oiling all the hinges and adjusting the doors to ensure perfect operation. They also sorted an issue we had with another door while they were here. All completed without mess or disturbance. Excellent job and I will definitely recommend Camel Glass. Thank you!
