New in market but promising step up in customer servise

Not answering emails. Haven't bought nothing, just wanted to arrange delivery before buying stuff, but none of emails have been delivered or replied. ( gave 3 stars)
Edited after a month.
After a while, ceo wrote me and explained (new business, new eshop, that their email is not working they get to know only from this earlier review… so
Gave them trust bonus, ordered what i wanted (120€). As a favor for me, delivery cost 0€, plus added a gift… home security camera!!
