Great customer service
We had an AC issue at one of our hotels in Galicia. We contacted CaminoWays and the representative got on the phone with the appropriate person at our local hotel and solved the problem almost immediately.
Very customer-service oriented. Easy to use. Seamless connections. Highly recommended.

Camino walking made easy
The group of 19 were really friendly and the route was stunning (Portuguese coastal route). We were really lucky with the weather in August and all the hotels were comfortable with good food each evening.

Great experience working with Camino Ways to book my first Camino.
All accomidations were comfortable and well located along the route. The route map available to download from the website came in handy.

Via Francigena experience.
All hotels chosen by Caminoways were excellent, in particular the agriturismo at Passalacqua. The Customer Care team were very helpful in helping us devise our Via Francigena route. The luggage transfers and taxi transfer we availed of went extremely smoothly.

A great way to plan your Camino I think flexibility and choice are it's main advantage. Used them two plan 3 Camino's and planning a fourth.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our very first Camino thanks to our rep who listened carefully to what we wanted and then planned an incredible trip including stopovers at just the right time. This was the second time I have used Camino Ways. I would not recommend them – I found the process of booking impersonal compared to the first time, and the communication – except when luggage went missing – was inadequate.

When someone books for a second time we sometimes assume they need less guidance because they already know how it works but that shouldn't mean hearing from us less often and we're sorry that's how it felt.
We're glad we were quick to act when your luggage went missing, but that shouldn't be the only point where the communication stands out. Being in touch throughout is what we aim for and we didn't manage it here.
