*AVOID* CEASED TRADING

I have used CampingF1 in 2021 for Silverstone GP, 2022 Belgian GP and attempted 2023 Monza GP. We were one of the fortunate ones they didn’t cancel in 2021 due to us having a toilet in our motorhome and all seemed well.
2022 Belgian Grand Prix we received an email a week before saying the campsite had moved a further 40minutes away leaving people I was with struggling to get to the circuit due to health problems. The campsite should have been a 20 minute walk- it turned into around 1hour.
This year we decided to fly to Monza and asked to use the campsite for parking facilities with our hire car. It was £40 for the weekend which was paid via bank transfer like all of the other times I have paid them. One week later I received an email saying they have ceased trading and have ignored emails ever since.
It wasn’t like I was dealing with someone in an office completely blindsided by this as well- I was speaking to Serena a named person of authority within the company and will have known what’s going on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
It is a scam (I lost £520).
They take your money by making you pay direct to their account, then later tell you they've gone bust.

Rave music and fireworks every night

Rave music every night non stop. Fireworks remnants on the car and tent. Expensive and a waste of money for no sleep. Policed site ... no speakers or fireworks, so that's why noone got sleep even in ear defenders. Absolute joke for the money.

Dear Guest,

We are writing to inform you of some important updates regarding our company, Camping F1 Ltd, and the upcoming Belgian Grand Prix.

It is with deep regret that we must inform you that our company, Camping F1 Ltd, has ceased trading and will no longer be able to provide camping services at the Belgian Grand Prix.

It is important to note that as Camping F1 Ltd has ceased trading, we will be unable to offer any refunds or reimbursements for the services previously booked with us. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the disappointment and frustration it may cause. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We have been in contact with Spa Grand Prix who may be able to offer alternative camping options at additional rates.

We would like to emphasize that Camping F1 Ltd and Spa Grand Prix are not linked entities. The offer extended by Spa Grand Prix to help provide alternative accommodation options is a gesture of goodwill on their part. We appreciate their support in this time.

F1 Race Tickets - Please note that if you have purchased F1 race tickets through Camping F1, these ticket arrangements remain unaffected. You can still utilize your F1 tickets as per previous communication.

We want to express our sincere gratitude for your support and loyalty over the years, it has been a pleasure serving you.

Kind regards,
Camping F1 Ltd

AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company! It would be no stars but it wouldn’t allow me to do that!
We were booked for Silverstone F1 in July 2023 and with very little notice received an email from them saying they have ceased trading and no refunds will be made. Taking peoples hard earned money and then we had to try and find another campsite along with hundreds of others that they had screwed over, costing us more money.
Can’t believe they are back advertising again!

Not a genuine company…. Clearly intended to rip everyone off all along

Do not under any circumstances book with this company as they are fraudsters….. we booked for spa 2023, however, they have now announced that they ceased trading (a week before their first camping offering in Austria) ….. interesting the website is still advertising for 2024 and their companies house profile lists them as active….. it is pretty obvious that they just had the intention of taking everyone’s money and not providing any camping at all…I’m pretty sure they will set up again under a slightly different name…. Avoid payment by bank transfer only altogether.

Thieves

Thieving, deceiving scumbags.
We booked Silverstone 2023 with these morons last year. I sent an email to them last week looking for an update and got a generic reply from Serena not giving any hint anything was wrong. Then yesterday got the same email that everyone else got saying that the had gone bust. Sorting out campsites for this must take months of organization so there is no way on earth they didnt know this going to happen. I would call that deception, and after that trying to get away with not refunding by hiding behind terms of a Ltd company, I would call theft. Hopefully they wont get away with it.

Fortunately we got a booking at Whittlebury Park yesterday but its cost us over £400 for a weekend motorhome pitch on top of what we paid these d!ckheads at CampingF1.

These clowns have taken a lot of peoples money - Hopefully charges can be bought against them.

Good luck to everyone who has been ripped off by them and I hope you find an alternative option.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. The company has just gone under and cancelled for Belgium without the possibility of a refund. Cancellation was obviously left so late to guarantee that they had already received everyone’s payment.
