I love Coleman group

The coleman pro silver 15x15 sunwall event shelter we got last year has tears all along the edges and we have found out is not repairable.
The cheap gazebo near to it all the time was perfectly intact.
Just found out that the sunwall is a cheap import from china at an inflated price
not a happy bunny

Stay away from them.
Bought a mini bike, it worked fine only the first time we started it. Second time started leaking oil and rattling like crazy
I tried to reach out to them several times never got ahold of anyone or heard back from them.
They get rich by scamming people with a shit product.
I am glad to provide this review hopefully sparing people from throwing away their money!

The new blackout tents are discos with fluorescent zips. I reported to the company and they have tried to delay resolution to outside of 120 days when chargebacks are easier.
Don't use, bad product in the first place and the customer service is worse.

I have 2 of the coleman 6 man instant cabin tents. Both of them brand new out of the box leak like a siv in the rain. Coleman would not stand by their product yet told me to buy some water proofing spray. I went and bought 4 cans at $17.00 a piece sprayed the heck out of them and they still leak! Coleman has become a garbage chinese co. I will not do business with coleman any longer. I will buy my products from a co. Who sell quality and have the customer's satisfaction as a priority.

Run away from the Coleman company while you can. I ordered two Contigo stainless steel bottles, one defective and the other having a locking button too hard to move. Despite emailing and finally reaching a person to talk to, then emailing the requested video, photo, and other information, nothing. What a waste of my time and money.

Totally unhelpful when I spoke to customer services. Totally disinterested in my query about replacement parts

The Chinese made "material" sold under the name of COLEMAN is poorest quality. There is no Customer Support and replacement parts appear to be non-existent. They are riding on the coat tails of a company name that used to produce reasonable products but those days are very, very long gone. Save your money and buy better product else where. If I could give a No Star rating, that would be my first choice.

Coleman is trusted as a American brand made in America. Nothing could be further from the truth. Coleman products, especially engines pumps, go-karts outdoor products are all resourced from China. The quality of their products is terrible. Especially their hot tubs sais spa. I've gotten two replacements for my hot tub pump and both occasions they break down and fail. Save your money and don't invest in this fraud. American company that just supplies China made products that are garbage. I will never buy from them again

Be certain what you see on the screen is what you want, because the return and exchange policy is subpar. For me a return was impossible because it took customer service more than the 5 day period to get back to me. When they eventually did my question was not answered because clearly a bot wrote it. I have had a Coleman cooler for over 30 years. The company has not disappointed until now.

Why have you removed my review on Coleman 2 burner BBQ without reason - Coleman 2 burner BBQ January 2025 -with many issues - Gas issues- wind issues- door won’t close - door frame out off alignment- gas flow stopped working - wind issues on 10 floor due facing due north in 10 km wind could not go over 225 should get to 280c.Sold to use to work on balconies. Coleman would not replace BBQ due to wind - they took back BBQ and credited our bank- so why won’t they pay for assembly. I don’t see why I should not have to ware this cost. I had Everdue BBQ for 2 years without any wind issues.This is Coleman issue to pay for assembly costs of $200.

Recently placed an order for a Duel Fuel Sportster, but found a better deal elsewhere, the order had not even been processed or shipped, but the company refused to cancel and i was forced to do a cb. Customer care is non responsive.

We purchased a Coleman tent several years ago. The first time we used it 2 of the poles broke which then made it difficult to move to another campsite. We have used it 4 times now and have broken 10 tent poles during this time. Also we have just used it in the rain and it leaked. We love the blackout lining but I would not purchase another Coleman tent again.

It’s took 6 Years to write this so the tent has had a lot of use ,can’t fault I’ve took no care of it packed it wet just hosed it down each year never had problem and the black out bedrooms are brilliant

I purchased my Coleman Revolution two burner barbeque three years ago. This year when starting it up, a big ball of fire came at my face it burnt facial hair, my hair on my side of head and a little bit of redness to my face. I called Coleman. they did not really seem to care and did not do anything, it was only three years old. They should’ve replaced it with a new barbecue. My sonhe tried it. The burners don’t work. It only goes to about 200 and stays. It sits on my deck, not being used after only three years. This is so unacceptable that a barbeque only last that long and the company doesn’t stand behind it. As a senior it’s hard to come up with money to replace it. It’s such a shame companies are not standing behind their product.

I will never purchance another item from Coleman. I bought a minibike. It came without the bolts to put it together. It took over a month to find out the bolts are on back order and it will take 3 months before the get them. They won’t take the bike back even though right on the box is says to return directly to them. The customer service dept is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. They lie and the yell at you. They do not communicate what is going on and Rosie Martinez should be fired. She should never work in customer service depts

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Golf cart had 4 different electrical issues. Been at a service center for over a month and they Don't have a part. Customer service center is horrible. So sorry l purchased it. Don't make the same mistake l did. Warranty department is the absolute worst.

I bought the Coleman xl pro for my son’s football birthday party . It was a windy day, the centre of the dome kept inverting . On the third occasion it sheared the inside of the pole that connects to each other. Don’t get me wrong, we’re not talking force gale winds here . When I contacted Coleman’s and told them my situation, it took them 2 weeks to reply, the reply was that it shouldn’t be used when it’s windy and they weren’t prepared to replace it . As it is supposed to be a shelter I found this disappointing. I contacted them again the next day to ask them how I can get a replacement section of pole for the damaged part of the shelter .. they never came back to me. Don’t buy the xl shelter !!!

Honestly awful, bought a airbeam tent from a camping retailer. The beams collapsed, which apparently is common with their tents (but no one tells you before you take it out). Customer service appalling, I will never purchase something will Coleman on and would encourage customers to spend a but more a get better quality from another manufacturer

Avoid Coleman tents. They leak and are flimsy in comparison to other brands. I’ve tried customer services 6 times now and get a different person each time, a ‘thank you for your email’ reply but no action to even give me information about warranty. What’s the point in offering warranty if you ignore your customers. We love camping but can’t use the tent as the whole white roof failed and leaked.
