This is my first time using Campstar
This is my first time using Campstar. Quite sceptical in the beginning. Price was competitive, cheaper than direct booking. The best thing is, after you have completed your booking, you will receive 2 reference numbers: one from Campstar and one from the company. We keyed in the number on the company website and managed to see our booking. It is legit, guys!! I am so happy! Hopefully have no problem on the day we collect the motorhome.

Booking error
Recently booked a van, when I got the confirmation, the the dates were in error. I contacted the rental company and they were so quick and accommodating to change to the appropriate dates. Communication was fast and courteous.

Excellent, so far
We found the website very user friendly and appreciated being able to use the filters
There were lots of motor options to choose from and the information provided about each was very good, as were the pictures. Customer service was -to OT and helpful.
So far everything has been great. The test of the pudding will of course be when we collect our camper van !
