We haven't taken our trip yet
We haven't taken our trip yet, but we had a change in our flights leaving us three extra days at the end of our proposed camper rental. After contacting Campstar, they were very helpful in changing our reservation allowing us to rent the camper van for the additional three days. They are quick to respond to all my inquiries. Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Help with necessary changes in our booking
Due to a change in the law about free camping in New Zealand, we were only very recently contacted by Campstar that our camper would not be sufficient for free camping.
Campstar made a great effort to find us an upgrade immediately at no costs, and they made all the necessary changes in our booking. So lots of help from their part and we can go on our trip without worries.

easy booking process
It was an easy booking process. In the booking documents was something wrong and it took campstar longer than a week to answer. But in the end our problem was solved and we are ready for our trip.

Without a doubt the worst part of our trip.
Leaks in the tent.
Safety belt comes loose by itself.
Tent in very bad condition.

Easy booking
The booking was easy, but have since had questions and had absolutely no response to my 3 Emails from neither booking@ or support@ for 4 days. I hope they will respond soon so I can update this review.
EDIT: I have since had great response from Support and my query and updated booking has been completed to full satisfaction. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service
We booked a campervan in New Zealand through this company but our flight changed and we had to change our booking date. Csenge handled our enquiry like a champ and changed our booking promptly! They also confirmed questions we had about additional drivers and Sunday pickups and I didn’t feel afraid to ask as many questions as I need to. Brilliant experience with their customer service team

Booking done - Journey still ahead. The booking was quite easy. All necessary information were structured and detailed on the booking page of Camptstar and not hidden behind pages of pages of text compared to other portals. If the journey will work like the booking this holiday will be georgous.

Quick resolution via chat
I accidently booked the wrong camper. Luckily it was resolved with the camper company within hours without any extra cost thanks to the swift response from Campstar via the chat.
