Fast delivery, no problem

1. delivery and return of a product of the order worked without problems. Billing via KLARNA was wrong, I was charged extra costs. unfortunately CAMPZ did not solve the problem, I had to deal directly with Klarna. This is not the customer service I expect.
2. if you expect an assessment of the order from German-speaking Switzerland, it would be normal and simple to ask for it in German - instead of English!

The Patagonia Down It Parka for women was a great buy. The fit was perfect and keeps you nicely warm.

It is a pity that to fill the review I have to give at least one star, cause it is too much. I'm still waiting for the product. I never received it. In the CAMPZ webpage it's shown as sent. The web page of the post has no parcel with the number CAMPZ sent in the email and I already filled the "Kontaktformular" twice and still haven't received an answer (except the automatic one). Buying anything from these guys is an error I won't repeat.

You ask me how I like your delivery with the number CCH2676459. No further hints whatsoever. If I, after some weeks still could remember what item I ordered was labeled with this cryptic number.

Thus whatever the heck you sent me it might have been good, bad or medium. Since my memory can't keep up with your trust in it, the 3 stars were merely for your sense of humor :)

It's my second order from CAMPZ. In both cases fast delivery to Switzerland, competitive pricing with customs handling and VAT included in price quoted. Products as expected!
