Unable to Modify Order within 30 Min of Placing It
I ordered several products from their website and then wanted to modify the order within 30min of placing it. I wanted to add extra items to the order, but the customer portal said it wasn't possible and so I immediately wrote in to customer service which was just before 5pm. They responded the next morning saying it wasn't possible as the order was already being processed. However, the order didnt ship until the following day almost 48 hours after it was placed. There was plenty of time to modify the order so it is a bit disappointing. If it was shipped the next day I would understand, but it wasn't. Now I would have to pay shipping to return the item or pay shipping for them to send the additional items.
Other than that, the products and pricing at Campz are good and haven't had any issues with past orders.

The return process can be prolonged if you send orders in the same package, as we have to send them to the right warehouses.
When this happens, we will refund the customer immediately.

Excellent and quick service
In connection with Black Friday ‘22, I purchased some climbing shoes as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, they turned out to be too small.
As campz.dk do not have an exchange policy, I reached out to them and explained the situation.
The outcome was to return the shoes to them and order new, bigger shoes (same model and make). Since the price of the shoes had increased by dkk 230, I should send a mail with both order numbers so I could get the bigger shoes for the same price.
First, I received a refund for the price difference after they shipped the new shoes.
Secondly, I received a full refund for the too small shoes after they had received them.
I strongly recommend shopping with campz.dk since I have experienced their service as nothing but outstanding.
