Very professional and efficient! They kept me up to date ecery step of the way, they gave me a date my survey was going to be completed and they stuck to that date. They called me once they had completed the survey and explained everything they had found then later that day they emailed me the report over. A very efficient friendly company.

I have been very pleased with the product I have received, I had seen many stories online of surveyors taking a very long time to get round to the house. Then it would take an equally long time to get the report back.
S.Harris was our surveyor and he was booked in very promptly and then quickly had the report back to us. He also made himself easily available for my questions and was approachable throughout.

Highly recommend
When other companies had longer lead times and required extended periods to prepare their reports, Camsure offered an expedited service to match the tight timeframes that I was working to. The report was clear and concise and where any ambiguity arose in the finer detail of their findings, their surveyor (Joel) made himself available to provide the context, additional detail and where necessary the reassurance to enable me to make an informed decision.

Camsure and their Surveyors have justified their ratings.
The booking process was simple. The information provided by the Surveyor Neil Barnes was excellent.
Furthermore, due to a slight technicality further detail details were required in relation to the survey and Neil Barnes happily provided further information and clarification in respect of a certain area which was purely voluntary on his behalf and very much appreciated.
Overall, a very good process a good experience and very happy that we used the Services of Camsure Home Surveys.

Great detailed report but the surveyor…
Great detailed report but the surveyor had not gone in an annexe room which was thebroom we were most worried about. The house ownervwas there so no reason why thisvroom was not inspected. We paid for a full report but thats not what we received. We had to ask for the surveyor to go back which was an inconvenience to the owner.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to read you found the report detailed, and we would like to explain the circumstances regarding the annex room.
We fully understand your expectation that a full report should include all accessible areas, and we are sorry for the concern this caused.
On the day of inspection, the outbuilding was locked and the surveyor was unable to gain access. Although the owner was present at the property, they were engaged on calls and meetings throughout the visit and were not available to provide a key or assist with access. Without access being provided, the surveyor was unfortunately unable to inspect this area at the time.
As soon as this was raised, we acted quickly to resolve the matter. The surveyor returned to the property at the earliest opportunity, completed the inspection of the annex, and updated the report accordingly.
We appreciate this caused a slight delay and we apologise for that. We are reviewing how access limitations are communicated within our reports to ensure this is as clear as possible for clients going forward.

Very detailed, helpful report from Geoff
Geoff Ball was excellent and produced a very thorough level 3 survey, covering everything I wanted to know about the house and lots of things I wouldn't think to ask. Geoff called me during the inspection and we were able to discuss his key initial findings and I had lots of opportunities to ask further questions. The survey highlighted all potential issues, next steps I should take and likely future maintenance required for the house and was very informative. I feel like I have learned a lot about woodwork and masonry while reading the 94 page report! Camsure were quick to arrange the survey and were even able to bring it forward from their initial date slot, with the whole process taking 3 weeks from initial instruction to finished report.
