There were two tests on for myself and one for my son, and I don't know which is which. I spoke to April from Uk labs and she said there is no way of knowing. Please can I just get a refund? Thanks.

I have looked into this and i can see that because you didn't register your tests online both tests were uploaded and just had the one name against it. I can see April did advise you on this and offered to retest your samples if you re-submitted and followed the instructions and registering your tests under the 2 names so you knew who's was who's but you just wanted a refund instead. We are processing your refund but feel a 1 star review for something out of our control is unfair.

Disappointed with test location
I understand that things change over time, but when it says Canada Food Intolerance, I would think that the testing should be done in Canada, not the U.S.

This test sucks
This test sucks. My results don't match correctly! Waste of money. Test said that I had intolerances to butter and white bread, but, brioche bread which is made with LOTS of butter is fine and is in the green section of the test. I emailed them to ask but, there wasn't anyone who could give me an explanation as to why. Just said that test results vary.
Also I paid an extra 10 bucks to get my results quicker. My husband did his test a few days after I sent mine away and didn't pay the extra 10 bucks. We both got our emailed results AT THE SAME TIME!!

Sorry that you didn't understand the results you received.
In regards to you not receiving a reply to your questions i can see my colleague did reply to your email and the her replied was notified as being read by yourself on the 5th September and we never received a reply for any further help.

The email didn't say results just vary it explained how each item we test for will differ even if they become ingredients in other items.
Anyway i am sorry that you didn't understand the results and that has made you think they are then wrong.
I hope you find the answers regarding your health that you want soon.

This was a great experience for me
This was a great experience for me. I’ve been struggling for years narrowing down my intolerances to food. This really solidified the answers I was searching for and made it so easy to start taking exactly what I needed from my diet. Highly recommend for such a great price.

Found out about this service by word of mouth which was very positive. Results came back within 2 weeks after order. All went smoothly with several updates about delivery of results.

I can see that you have been emailing our customer services whos has been advising you that your sample hadn't reached us and that is why your results hadn't been received as we cannot test something we do note have.
I can see that your results were sent on yesterday as your sample only arrived on the 2nd.
I'm sorry that the mail being slow has made you leave us a 1 star review.
Not accurate at all 😢…
I had blood testing done previously that showed sensitivity to egg, dairy and gluten and have strong reactions to all of them. Your test didn’t show that at all

Our tests are completely different to blood tests and look at very different triggers which is explained on our website to read before purchasing which is why our tests wouldn't ever match a blood test.
