We had an amazing trip in our CanaDream RV. Vehicle was the ideal size for family of 4,great condition, easy to drive and with everything we need for a 9 night trip included. Staff at both Calgary & Vancouver were knowledgeable & helpful - would recommend

We had an amazing experience with CanaDream. The RV was in excellent condition, comfortable, and fully equipped for our family trip across Canada. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful both at pick-up and return. The instructions were clear, and everything worked smoothly throughout the journey. Returning the RV was quick and hassle-free, with no hidden surprises. Overall, CanaDream made our road trip unforgettable – highly recommended!

The camper is fine. But the equipment is subpar. Too few dishes and one small frying pan. Chairs, which you have to rent separately, are of inferior quality. No ramps for leveling. Poor quality bed. The equipment is basic. It's a shame all of this seriously affected our trip.

Excellent campervan experience and top-notch customer service!

My wife and I rented a Deluxe Camper Van (Class B motorhome) and it met all of our requirements for our 1 week vacation in the Kananaskis. The entire process was very efficient, streamlined and the customer service was excellent!

I suspect that the tank was not totally full or this type of RV/engine proved to have a very high fuel consumption. (Gas) Oven did not work - or was impossible to ignite.
The process for returning and having the RV inspected took longer than expected, nice to have known in advance if you have a plane to catch.

Easy to pick up and go over camper and easy drop off. Everything worked on the camper.

It seems Canadream's priority is profit over customer satisfaction. They claim to value their customers' experiences, but my experience renting an RV from them suggested otherwise. It felt like they were focused solely on maximizing their earnings.

We collected the RV in Calgary. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a comprehensive introduction. All of our questions were answered thoroughly. The motorhome itself was in excellent condition, and we experienced no issues throughout our journey. Upon returning the vehicle in Vancouver, the staff once again proved to be extremely friendly and attentive.

We chose Canadadream because of their reputation - and they certainly lived up to it.

There were other companies we could have hired a campervan from, but their reviews were not as good and some of them even contained horror stories of the companies not living up to their obligations or doing their best to help their customers in times of need.

We reasoned that we are travelling half way around the world for a dream holiday - the last thing we want is for the campervan to break down or the company we rented it from to have poor customer service.

Canadream lived up to and exceeded our expectations - the check-in was smooth and all of the guides we were provided with were clear. We arrived an hour early and Canadream went the extra mile to get us on the road earlier than our booking time. During our trip, there were no issues at all with the van. The van was pristine when it was given to us (we were incredibly surprised with how clean they had made it) and all of the provided accessories (kitchen utensils, bedding etc) were equally clean.

Checkout was super quick and efficient - we had a visual inspection with the employee and then were free to go.

Thanks to Canadream and the van they lent us, we had the most incredible, unforgettable holiday imaginable.

If we came back to Canada for a road trip, there is no doubt in my mind that we would be using Canadream again.

New RV. Fun to drive.
Quick procedure for getting the car and quick return.

It would be nice it we would get some basic stuff line salt, pepper, lighter.
No need to buy a new one every time.

It would also be nice to get a car with a full tank of gasoline.

Camper had a broken black water valve and water pump was not working all the time

The MH was very well prepared and equipped. We haven't had any problems; everything went smoothly.

Nice RV’s and good service

Really appreciated that I could book 2 days before my camp because the guy I had booked at Rvezy cancelled on me 2 days before my trip. Very clean camper. My only issue is the cost. Good golly, these guys are expensive. They Charge for everything. But it’s a huge corporation so I kind of understand.

We travelled for 14 days with a Truck Camper from Canadream, along the Canadian Rockies. The vehicle, both the Camper and the truck itself (a Ford F350 which I really liked), was amazing. The check-in and checkout processes went really well. Definitely recommended!
