Driver was on time. He was nice and helpful. The vehicle looked a bit run down. We’ve used this service several times but this year I’ve noticed the vehicles used are looking deteriorated.

eTransfer Taxi Ride in Cancun is Good
Instructions to arrive to the taxi ride pick-up Platform C after immigration and customs were good and accurate (upon reservation). Our ride to the Resort in the Hotel Zone was pleasant and uneventful. This company is good, and reliable.

We did round-trip from the Cancun…
We did round-trip from the Cancun airport to the Waldorf Astoria over Labor Day weekend. Transports were on time clean and the drivers were friendly and helpful. I would use this service again.

Do not use this service! They did not show up for a airport droff off that I paid for and then tried to add extra fees when I complained. SCAMS! there are many more reliable services you can use in Cancun! The representative I was speaking to on WhatsApp was called Miguel! Do not trust him
