Great day out, cenote was great but the bus was 45mins late picking us up and air con didn't work which made me car sick. It's a long drive also, it was a 12 hour day!

My family and I had a lot of fun on the three tours reserved with Cancun Riviera Maya tours. The staff making the reservations and the staff running the tours where both very professional. Thank you for a great time.

I took the Chichen Itza deluxe tour and was very impressed with Christian and the team on that day. Christian had us all laughing and Luis saw to our every comfort. There was a wonderful and informative Mayan guide on the bus as well and I welcomed the insight into the Mayan culture. Our drive was very comfortable and safe and all the communications were very clear. The trip went so smoothly and Christian kept us organized and on time, yet there was personal time to explore the ruins which are not to be missed. The buffet was so good. That pork cooked in Mayan style was so delicious! All in all it was a grand experience and I thank the team for their hard work and patience.

This was an amazing tour! I loved all that we did and the food buffet consisted of homemade food, it was so yummy! My favorite part was going for a swim at the cenote (they do offer lifejackets), it was absolutely beautiful!

Alex & Alex Jr (AJ) made us feel young at heart all over again!!! Thank you guys! Lunch was the best, the park was clean and a very fun environment!

Booked a whale shark tour through them. The transportation was right on time and took us straight to the marina. There we were met by the staff who were great. They provided snacks and apples before our trip. They were informative and a great organization to book with. The company that they use to actually do the whale shark tours are top notch and we had a wonderful time.

It was an amazing experience and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. They made us feel so welcomed. Definitely would do it again and recommend it to others. Just bring bug spray! That is my one piece of advise.

Tour was great! Team picked us up on time at our lobby and were nice to all the guests.
Do keep in mind that they will also drop everyone off to their respective hotels so this takes a couple hours depending on how far they are located.
Overall, great and mandatory tour when visiting the Riviera Maya.

I was the only one signed up for the advanced snorkeling, but they took me out to the reef anyways. Awesome diving, I said Hi to a lionfish. Great experience.

Great and friendly company. I booked very last minute but they picked us up right on time with a smile and even let us pay after the fact because we could not get our card to go through!

I had a great time! The instructs where very honest, polite, and fun. I would definitely scuba dive with them again.

Our driver was Preciado and was fabulous. He was a very efficient and Cautious driver. Alfredo and his team were very accommodating to our last minute request, to get a round trip from Riviera Maya to Cancun. We had a last minute decision to spend a few hours in Cancun for our Anniversary. They also were inexpensive, compared to the the Hotel Taxi rate and their competitors.I would highly recommend cancunrivieramaya.

I called multiple times to ask questions and got good answers. I had to do some cancelling and rearranging on my tours and the company was prompt and thorough in processing the refunds. By far the best excursion we did while in Cancun. The staff is very friendly and make sure you feel at home. The best part was the size of the group. Nothing is worse than going on a snorkel trip with a group of 60-100 people and get kicked in the head the entire time (trust me I've been there). Our group size with total snorkel was 8 people, boat captain, snorkel guide, and snorkel photographer. The maximum group size is 10. This gave us a personalized experience that we will never forget. The photos were absolutely amazing. Upon return we were greeted with a shower and fresh towels. For less than $60 you can't beat it. We highly recommend our guide George who made sure we were safe and saw plenty of fish and sea turtles. The captain was named George as well who we couldn't say better things about. Our photographer Jonathan made sure we had the best shots possible right in the action. Thanks again to the team at Total Snorkel!

We loved our extreme adventure!! This was ny first time on a zip line and I was nervous. I didn't need to be - it was so much fun zipping through the jungle! The guides were a blast and kept everyone super safe. The ATVs were so fun and the trail was challenging enough to keep everyone happy. The cenote was amazingly refreshing and beautiful after a hot day. Make sure you buy the photos. Super high quality and great color! The whole experience was more than worth it!
