Great experience. My wife and I had never been in confident swimming in the ocean, but they make sure we felt safe and confident during the activity.
The crew was amaizing explaining and giving tips to how use the equipment to have a great time. We had a unique experience in the future we will use their services again and recommend to you Total Snorkel for your next sea snorkeling tour.

awesome for someone who's never done ziplining. The guides were very nice and helpful. AtV ride is a bit rocky and will test your forearm strength. Cenote was great with the cliff jumps and zipline into the water. Overall Great time with my family.

Total Snorkel must be clear that the Musa visit is not in the main point

We had a great time snorkeling! Our guide, boat captain and photographer were excellent. We saw tons of fish, several sea turtles and a beautiful eagle ray. The equipment was good quality - not the typical throw away stuff. Loved that we had a bunch of great underwater pics and movies that we could purchase afterwards. Highly recommend!

The surf was very rough on this day so it was very difficult to swim around freely. You really could only swim with the current so it was hard to go look at everything. The crew did a great job and even took us to an extra location and one of the crew members jumped in to search for turtles since we did not see any at the normal spot. Considering the rough waters, they did a good job. It would have been much more enjoyable had the surf been calmer. Seems in rough surf like that they should just cancel. I cannot imagine anyone who has never snorkeled or any young kids being in that surf. Crew was great though.

I was the only one on the tour, traveling alone as a woman, and the guys there made me feel totally at ease. Lots of fun!

Pick up time was 7:20am on Feb 18. We waited at our lobby from 7:05 am until 8:10am and no one showed up. We called several of the listed phone numbers and the hotel staff also helped us call Cancunrivieramaya but all the calls were unanswered or got disconnected after going through the automated menu.

We had an amazing trip with these guys! We were a mixed group of first timers & experienced snorkelers. They were fun, informative and patient. We saw some really cool sea life thanks to the guys searching for sea turtles, sting rays, fish, etc.! I would highly recommend this company!!!

Well laid out and well maintained. Loved the activities, friendly staff, and especially the food! I wish my hotel had food like this!

I purchased and went on the Tulum and Coba Ruins and Cenotes excursion on 1/25/2017 with the "Deluxe" upgrade, which was supposed to include "luxury coach, unlimited drinks, light breakfast on board (box lunch), waiter service on board, "tractor train" on Tulum (0.62 mi), bycicle in Cobá, and a souvenir picture of your activity." It was definitely not a deluxe upgrade. The "luxury coach" was the same car and bus that everyone else was on. The unlimited drinks were fine - my boyfriend and I got a few beers and waters on the bus. We really paid extra for the convenience of having breakfast on board - that way, we thought we could wake up later and not have to worry about grabbing food. There was no light breakfast and my boyfriend and I were hungry (and grumpy) until lunchtime. The waiter service was just a guy bringing us beer, water or Coca Cola. The "trackor train" was nice, but everyone one on our van received this because our driver was so late in driving us to the Tulum ruins. We were picked up at 9:30am and didn't get to Tulum until about 11:30am. The bicycles in Coba were nice, but they were only $2.50 or 50 pesos each to rent. We did not receive any souvenir picture. All in all, we paid an extra $50 for a few beers on the bus and $5 bike rental at Coba. Unfortunately, the deluxe upgrade was not worth it.

However, the staff we interacted with most were friendly and helpful, particularly the tour guide and the person assisting him and giving us drinks. We tipped them $20. Adrian and Alfredo were also helpful in booking the tour. However, the van driver was late, delayed and got lost driving us back to our hotels. He needs to use GPS.

All in all, this was an ok excursion. I think it's too packed with activities. We spent a lot of time on the bus/van, probably more time on the bus/van than exploring . At each place, we only had 30-45 minutes to explore and take pictures. It was quite hurried.

We've seen the Columbus out on the lagoon many nights in our 8 other visits to Cancun, but this time we decided to try it. And we're very glad that we did ;-)

Super friendly staff, well organized and run operations and enjoyed the food, the views and the drinks.

I'd recommend it to couples and adult-aged friends :-)

The tour guide an driver were excellent. The sites were amazing and beautiful. I did not enjoy being taken into the shopping place. That is not what i signed up for. I also did not enjoy so many people trying to sell us things. If we want to buy something, we will buy it. They kept insisting. One third of the tour was devoted towards purchasing things and we were very annoyed by people trying to sell us things. The second stop in the tour was unnecessary. The 45 minutes we spent getting harassed to purchase this, we could have used to swim in the cenote. People barely swam in the cenote because we id not have enough time. Overall: i give it a 3 star.

Had a great time! We lucked out and were the only people that had booked the snorkeling trip on that day so we had our own personal tour. the guys were great!

I highly recommend Cancunmayariviera for your trips around the Yucatan - great driver knowledgable guide, timely, very nice vehicle, very reliable. We had a group of 21, these guys were great, Adrian and Alfredo always answered my millions of questions and we had special requests like snacks and beer and they were more then happy to help, they answer the phone and emails and I cannot recommend them enough - in fact one of our group members left her phone in the bus and I was able to call them right away to return, the woman cried she was so appreciative of their response to the situation!! The only down side and this company cannot help this is there were a lot of people at Tulum, I wish they could do a scheduling system and consider carrying capacity to allow the visitor experience to be a bit less crowded (it was hard to take pictures without people in them). Thank you for a wonderful trip I will recommend you and this trip!!!

Got a great deal for parasailing in Cancun by booking online and saved 32 $ on the normal prize! Everything worked out fine and without any problems and the flight was AMAZING. The crew was really nice as well. I recommend cancunrivieramaya! :-)
