Changed my life - I was retired in my 30s due to multiple cancers. Taking 3 different opiate pain killers a day and still living in agony. Then I found Cantourage. They helped me find medication that not only helped me with my pain but also didn't have all the terrible side effects. My physical and mental health are in a much better place thanks to them. I have been a customer for well over a year now, the staff are always great, the medication is always great. Delivery is very fast.

If you have a health issue that is helped with medical cannabis. There is no other company I would go to.

After almost two years with cantourage I am disgusted with the level of service now provided.

The experience of dealing with cantourage and cedarwood pharmacy has literally got to the point its having an adverse effect on my O.C.D and I can not handle it.

I have been misinformed - messed around - Lied to several times.
Now seeking advice from citizens advice burea and general medical council.

Do yourself a favour find a clinic that cares and avoid this one.

The medical team are well trained, knowledgeable and personable. They have provided detailed and comprehensive information and ensured that the medicine is available on time in the correct dosage and highest quality.

Clinic are always so supportive, I really feel a difference in my life I’m extremely grateful thank you Cantourage

I’ve been with Cantourage Clinic for a while, and while the medical advice has generally been helpful and professional, the overall experience has been disappointing.

The cost of medication is noticeably higher than at other clinics, and unfortunately, that doesn't reflect in better service or product quality. Decent flower strains are around £10 per gram, and anything cheaper tends to have an unpleasant taste. On top of that, there are no discount schemes, which most other clinics offer.

The biggest frustration has been the wait times — over two weeks for vape cartridges, oil, or even flower. Unless you pay an additional £15 to split your prescription (which feels unfair), you could be waiting nearly a month. There’s another £15 charge if you need a refill before 20 days, which adds up fast.

I most recently ordered a repeat prescription of some items I knew weren't very good quality, but the wait was only supposed to be 1 or 2 days on those. It has now been over a week and I still haven't recieved the payment link, they'll never give you an update until you pester them.

Long wait times happen with every single prescription now. It used to be just oils and vapes, but now it seems that everything they offer comes with multiple weeks of radio silence.

Stock is unreliable — cost-effective strains disappear quickly, and I’ve had to switch products nearly every month. Communication used to be decent, but lately it’s been slow and unhelpful.

After giving them a fair shot, I’ve decided to move to another clinic (Alternaleaf). Sadly, I can’t recommend Cantourage based on the service and value I’ve received.

I’ve been receiving medical cannabis through Cantourage for over a year now and they have truly changed my life. The people I have had communication with have been so kind and helpful, and all my orders/deliveries have been smooth and without any issues. I always feel heard and listened to by the healthcare professionals and doctors I have had appointments with. Their prices are reasonable and there is a good selection of products, although I wish there was more live resin vape cartridges available.

I would highly recommend Cantourage to anyone seeking medical cannabis treatment.

I've been a Cantourage clinic patient for a few months now and the service I've been treated to has always been first rate. Everything is organised really well and the system works! I'm so happy I was introduced to these guys.

I transferred to Cantourage near the end of June.
Process was very efficient compared to other clinics.
I had an initial consultation 25th june and seen pain specialist Dr. Gerard Sinovich on the 30th.
He’s very knowledgeable and im confident in his advice.
I received my first prescription 5th July.
Fast turnaround 🤩
Im extremely happy with the service so far.

WARNING! AVOID this clinic!! Was with them for nearly 2 years. Started ok, but, ended Awfully. They are totally INCOMPETENT. They LIE shamelessly. Their managers LIE and avoid contact, ABUSIVE bints on the phone, send meds to wrong address, steal meds from your paid prescription. BAD, BAD, BAD! Zero honesty or integrity. Zero respect for their customers. LIED about refunds. Tried to make formal complaints and even the manager just LIED and ghosted me. Complete contempt from bints on the phone. One actually Screamed at me how rude I was, when the worthless bint had deliberatley got my prescription wrong 3 times in one afternoon! Managers spinelessly hide and refuse to talk, return calls or even emails. ZERO OVERSIGHT. Formulary is POOR and any good stock is OOS immediately and you are forced to buy their overpriced rubbish. Made it hard for me to change pharmacies to IPS (so much better than their in-house) and LIED to me about the process. Lied about Drs refusing to prescribe meds from another clinic. Regularly took 2 weeks (!!) to receive my meds. Shamelessly GRASPING and GREEDY. AVOID!

Fantastic company with great product access, clinical treatment and customer service. Despite it being a new industry with a new supply chain, I feel the care and quality delivered is brilliant, I’ve been very happy at this clinic for more than 2 years now and have only positive experiences.

The guys at cantourage have made things easy for me. Very helpful and friendly people. They’re always there if you need any assistance with anything. Glad I chose these guys in my medical cannabis journey.

So far I have been dealt with very professionally. I'm looking forward to working with them.

As per title, this has been my only clinic since 2022. Never felt the need to change.

Terrible service, went threw all procedures needed,payed my appointment and my medication, it arrived and was not smokable (vape) it struggled to vape, it nipped my mouth and tounge but yhe worst part was cantourage don't help after taking money they just blame the other company and wipe there hands with you,id avoid and find another company, over 2 month and I'm still sitting with the poor stuff they sent with no help

The staff at cantourage are always very friendly and happy to help with any queries - especially Yohan who was quick to respond and kindly solved any issues that I had.

Cantourage is a fantastic clinic I’ve been so impressed with the medication it’s wonderful not to be in constant pain
