From beginning to end, Cantourage have been professional and very easy to deal with. I have referred myself to a few clinics using their online assessments and literally heard nothing back. Within e weeks I had my medications delivered to my door. A1
Order didn't arrive again
Order didn't arrive again. Had to chase order again. Recurring theme instead of one off issue.
Advised items out of stock after already waiting 7 days, the order gets put to the back of the queue.
Shocking low level or service from this company.
Clinic don't seem to take responsibility and accept this low level of service. They blame the pharamcy, they blame royal mail...anyone but themselves it seems.
Used to be the best but not very professional looking now.

problem…not our fault
Been with them for over a year problem after problems only still with them because of my anxiety is triggered about moving elsewhere silly me...... they continue to believe that it is never a problem with their end and always told it will improve yet to see month 14th still seems a long way away from improving......had put a repeat in then told can't do as I would have to much for the time frame which was understandable then tried to order rest of the months meds in witch was rejected again...had a phone call today saying medication is now unavailable but I can order more than my allowance so I have it in time for next month which seems a bit hypocritical considering again a week ago I could not

A breath of fresh air
I've previously been with another clinic who proved to be rather unprofessional and hard to deal with but I have nothing but professionalism from Cantourage as their patient. Their staff are friendly and helpful and they have a wide selection to offer which is important when you suffer from chronic pain and often sleepless nights. Can't recommend them enough!

I can't recommend Cantourage enough. Have been with them for almost two years and have nothing but positive things to say. Their customer service is hands down, the best in the industry. Their prices are very fair considering the level of service and quality of products they offer. I feel like I'm in the best hands and I'm so thankful for how much they have helped my life.

I have been with Cantourage Clinic for a number of years. I was with Lyphe Clinic before that.
I have to say the difference between the two has been night and day.
To be fair this was in the early days of MC but I left because of the quality of the flower and the service.
Being with Cantourage since has been a breath of fresh air.
Great medical professionals, the staff in the office who care and the service which is great improves all the time.
I am making these comments so that you can make an informed decision.

Delays caused by pharmacy
Negative review turned into a positive review.
Jamie from Cantourage deserves a mention. Prescription is coming up to 3 weeks now and Cedarwood Pharmacy are terrible.
Have been offered to change pharmacy, hopefuly that will solve the delay issues. Have had nothing for a month but am hopeful it gets resolved soon

To the Management Team at Cantourage Clinic,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. This is disappointing to me, as I have consistently had a positive experience with your clinic until now. Having spent approximately £1,700 with your company since last February, I have seen significant improvements in my mental health and daily functioning, and have always been an advocate for the services you provide. However, after today's experience, with a heavy heavy heart, I find myself reconsidering my position as a client.
I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Anup Mathew at 10am today. Unfortunately, a meeting overran, and without any reminder via text or email, the session momentarily slipped my mind. In the past, I have appreciated my doctor calling me if I was a minute late to check if I was still able to attend, which allowed me to drop what I was doing and join the session immediately. However, on this occasion, no such attempt was made. I was later informed that Dr. Anup had tried to contact me multiple times, which I know to be untrue, as I received no missed calls and had full phone signal. It appears that instead of making an effort to check in with me, Dr. Anip simply logged the session as absent. Given the £79 cost for a check-in, I would have expected at least a single phone call, as I have received in the past.
I'm also confused to why I'm being charged £79 and not the £29 as before if I've already had a follow up meeting. Surely this would now be part of the quarterly check up?
Nonetheless, I have now been informed that I must reschedule and repay the £79. While I understand the fee allocation to the clinician and clinic, I would have hoped for some flexibility given my loyalty as a patient and the service previously provided. I am unwilling to pay another £79 for a session that could have been held today, especially when I feel that Dr. Anup did not fulfil his duty of care by making a simple check-in call, knowing the high cost and medical reasons for these appointments.
Furthermore, I find it surprising that there is no system in place for appointment reminders, whether via text message or a notification 15 minutes before the session. I hate to be the person to say this, but I feel this is a common practice across many services and would be helpful in preventing similar situations in the future.
My preferred resolution would be to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost, or at the very least, offer a discounted rate. Should this not be possible, I regret to say that I will have to discontinue my engagement with Cantourage Clinic and seek my medication elsewhere - something I never anticipated since I joined your network last year.
I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Yohan, whom I spoke with this morning. I hope my frustration did not come across as discourteous, but naturally, I am concerned about going nearly two weeks without my medication - a situation now further delayed by this issue.
I trust that my feedback will be taken seriously, and I look forward to hearing from the management team soon. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter.
