Excellent service and quality

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Canvas & More. Despite their website's promise of "business cards within 48 hours", my order has not been fulfilled after more than a week. I have experienced poor communication, inadequate service, and unmet expectations.

Unfortunately, attempts to contact their team via phone have been unsuccessful due to non-existent phone numbers.

I expect a higher level of service and transparency from companies, especially regarding their advertised timelines. Canvas & More has fallen short of these expectations. I caution others to carefully consider their options before placing an order with this company.

Your prompt service and delivery was wonderful. My only complaint is that one of the 3 prinfs is rather dull and dark compared to what I sent you. Two are just fine -- nice and bright!

If at all possible I would like to put in a new order under the same special offer including this one plus 2 others.
