Hundreds of desperate calls to push their service

I looked at the reviews for Capex.com and they were very low. Reviews were generally complaints about losing money and not being able to withdraw money once deposited, so I didn't invest with them. But they keep calling many times a day to try and push their service - I feel they are desperate, no proper company with a good service needs to push that hard to get sales.

I have already sent an email to their customer support but their desperate calls still keep coming several times a day.

I recieved call from customer service. After i checked reviews. And i decided to be away from this company. Because i had many same experience with many companies. I can tell u 95 percentage companies are frauds. One RM frankly told me. If your deposited money wash out. They will get more commission from international exchanges. The international exchanges especially from US sitting there for making money. Not to give away money. It is a modern and legit way of looting money from all over world without having any invasion. So be care full. Don't invest your hard earned money. Invest in your country either fixed deposit or mutual fund. Or buy physical gold and keep it safe place. Or buy gold bond issuing from government authorities. Jai hind. Satyame va jayadhe. Fight against frauds. Spread this message.

I hope I can assist someone they would allow you to deposit as much as you can to invest and when it’s time to make withdrawals that’s when the real problem start they denied my withdrawal request countless time but fortunately I explained everything to my colleague at work and she recomended platform that help me resolve all my pending withdrawal within few days . Don’t fall victim

Very bad experience

Even after 10 days till now i can't…

Even after 10 days till now i can't make withdrawal to my money in the wallet for long and sophisticated procesures, support e-mail are not effectively responding, a journey of too long waiting for withdrawal, you want my account??? Look at withdrawal history and see by yourself the too long procedures, keep telling you "under review".

withdrawal impossible, lack of transparency

It's very easy to deposit money for what is called "investing", but it will be mission impossible to withdrawal your money even with a losses, you will feel you are begging and its not your money, another thing dont accept to recive a credit from them even one cent, as it will be the journey to trade with millions before they release the restrictions on your account.
Very Bad experience with withdrawal, I didn't recommend dealing with them at all.
The market maker never loses; the trader is the biggest loser.

Good trading tools, but be careful.

I began my experience with this company several years ago, when I invested a small amount, but I gave up after losing it. Then very recently, after persistent contact from several of their agents, I gave it another try and invested a few thousand, relying on the support of their account advisors. My experience was that they care about depositing money with them. Some of their advisors will tempt you with offers such as a 200 percent bonus and 3 protected orders, which means if you lose them, you will be refunded the amount you spent. However, not all of their agents would tell you that this only applies to the first 3 positions you open. They ensure your first positions are profitable by choosing them carefully, but after that, they start treating your money like Monopoly game money. When you start losing, they will persuade you to deposit more to save your investment, trapping you in a cycle. To withdraw money, you will have to pay back the bonus you were given on the deposit or the protected orders, multiplied by a high number, making it very hard to withdraw your money. Most of their advisors are not really experts; they are more like salesmen.

The Trading Central is unreliable and often late in providing crucial information about the market.

On the other side, this company offers advanced trading tools; their platform and mobile app are easy and user-friendly. Their customer support team are responsive.

To be fair, the very last team I worked with was decent and provided me with a lot of honest and professional guidance.

Lost money, you will never be able to withdraw.

No matter how much you deposited, if you accepted a bonus, they will never let you make withdrawals, even if it exceeds the bonus, even if it is less than your deposit, once you deposit money, it is lost money. They will never let you make a withdrawal, they will give you numerous excuses, both customer service and your advisor, they insist that if you deposit more money everything will be easier. The best thing to do is accept that what you deposited was lost, burn the account, that way at least the money will not be kept by Capex and look for a broker that is not full of thieves and that is not regulated. Do not deposit a single cent there, it is lost money

If you are lonely, go to CAPEX: they call you constantly

You know something is wrong if they call you more than your family. Unwanted calls, ignoring requests to stop calling, and keep pursuing at inconvenient moments.
They are bombarding you with emails and you cannot unsubscribe.
I do not know if they are good becasue I was so fed up that I left.
