1 star is still generous with this…

1 star is still generous with this company! I trusted an ad from Facebook!!! I kicked myself why I didn't check this review site before I was scammed to order the hats way back in April, and I should have seen the warning sign when the payment of $53.98 for 2 hats was only through paypal which they took right away as soon as the order was taken. With back and forth messages, I cancelled the order after getting a number of fake tracking links. They keep on saying they can't cancel because they already shipped the products! Finally, something arrived late June and the hats looked like it came from the garbage with dirty hats and plastic that was so inferior than a regular shower curtain. Well, this is a costly lesson for me!!!! I don't want to spend more time, frustration and money on this scammers. But, what goes around comes around!!!!!

This company Capfire was advertising on…

This company Capfire was advertising on Facebook. A commenter asked where the product, a hat with a shield on it was made and shipped from. The representative running the AD said the product was made and shipped from a Western country, I can't remember which but they did not state that it was coming from China. Come to find out that the item was coming actually coming from China when I received my tracking notification. I got my product over a month later. They blatantly lied about where the product was coming from, knowing that people would be concerned with Covid-19. I was expecting something of better quality, the face shield on the hats is really bubbly and reflective, not smooth making it really hard to see out of, and it smells even though I've had it out of the package to off gas. They give me the option of a short return window in which I will have to pay shipping costs back to a country I never expected the product to come from in the first place. This company sucks.

I ordered 2 for 1 coronavirus hats in…

I ordered 2 for 1 coronavirus hat in pink and paid $35 or so via Paypal. Eventually 1 hat arrived. I wrote to the seller, who had been in touch via e-mail with tracking info, that I had only received one, not the promised 2, and asked for the shipment of the 2nd one (which I had planned to give to my daughter). I just checked Paypal and see that my account had been immediately credited, though interestingly, not by Capfire, but as follows. Hope this helps:

I ordered two hats on April 1 and still…

I ordered two hats on April 1 and still have not received my goods. The tracking number shows in transit from China, but when the order was placed, it was supposedly coming from California. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully I will get a refund. Just terrible that people look at a pandemic to prey on individual's fears. Just terrible.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! We bought 2 visors with plastic face guard for Covid19 protection. We received a fake shipping tracking number & they claimed it was sent but nothing ever arrived. They refuse to tell you anything about the company & the only way to reach them is by 3rd party email! They don't respond & your money is gone. The other items they sell are cheap gimmicks & we feel stupid for trying to purchase anything from this con company.
