Regret having bought this

Ordered Nov 2024.
Received April 21, 2025 at the Phl Post Office
5,400 Php customs tax paid and other duties

Too heavy. 7 kg weight limit hand-carry would be breached easily without my laptop (so what’s the point?)

I still had to use my trusty 10 year old Rimowa to Bangkok the next day after I received it.

no indicator light for the battery
won’t charge my phone after a few hours of charging it to the power outlet

Only + side to this is I could have stuffed my shoes separately and more sanitarily, and packed a week’s worth of clothes. But Philippine airlines (especially Cebu Pacific) has a strict limit for hand carry, and talks of batteries exploding in the cabin renders this a useless garbage after all.

Buy somewhere else. There’s a reason this is not mainstream, only popular through their social media boosted ads

14 Weeks from Order to Delivery - What the??

Delivery on the website only says "Shipped 2-3 weeks" but gives no indication that it's literally shipped by ship! Ordered in November and took till February to arrive - It took 14 weeks which meant in the meantime I needed to buy another set. So now I have 2 sets of carry on luggage which I really don't need.

Just astounding to me why they wouldn't advise that from the beginning to manage client expectations.

Not much room internally and very heavy especially when you consider carryon limits are 7kgs on some airlines.

It has a built in charger but no indicator lights showing the charger is charging... so I just plugged it in and will hope for the best... I also can't work out how to take the battery out - so the whole bag needs to be near an outlet and it also renders the bag useless for check in luggage.

Yes I got a "limited time" free backpack - not sure what the time limit is as it's still available but it's also very small.

On the upside - the blue colour is really lovely.

Completely disappointed with the entire process and the customer service.

Dont waste your money…

Took about 4 or 5 months to receive the luggage. Looked like such a great design so thought...I'll invest and spend more as I travel for a living. What a disappointment...lost the cup holder the first time I used it. Can't fit plugs or anything in the laptop section so you have to open the suitcase up to access most of the things you need. Table design is very smart. The bag only fits about 2 days of clothes and the insert that is supposed to allow you to pack more is fairly useless. Doesn't allow for any real accessories like a hairdryer or makeup back to be packed. So all in all, a huge waste of money. The handle is full size to the bag so can't even buy a replacement cup holder because nothing will fit the oversized handle. To order another one they want to charge 30. Shipping for an 8 dollar item!!! I'm very disappointed all the way around don't waste your money...it's not worth it.

They did amazing job with the carry on - quality & service

After reading all the bad reviews on reddit, I saw multiple people posted photos of the actual bag recently received and so I made the decision to go for it. Ordered Jan 4 2025, shipped Jan 27 2025, arrived Feb 8 2025. They were pretty clear it will ship in 2-3 weeks and it did, they responded to all of my emails promptly as well as FB messages - for a Kickstarter like product, I find it quite impressive. I posted a lot of the actual photos of the bag on reddit ( search THRUALL / TRAMORA ) so it might help other people who have yet to get their bag feel a bit more at ease. The bag ships from China (isn't it where everything is made nowadays?) so it only takes a short while to get to where I am (Thailand) but I can imagine it would take much longer across the globe.

The "free" laptop backpack was missing the logo so I asked them to ship me the logo, they responded promptly but they weren't able to ship me just the logo so they asked me if I want a replacement or a 30% discount - for an already "free" item it was very kind I'd say

The bag is quite heavy but the quality is no less than a Delsey, Samsonite, or American Tourister of the same price. I am actually impressed with the well thought out functional details they manage to put into the bag - heavy as it is. The hinomoto wheels never disappointed - I am very happy with my purchase!!

7 weeks and I haven't received it.

4 months, and I haven't received it!

I have been emailing for months, and they provided a tracking number, the shipment didn't move during 15 days, then the page stopped working at all.
This is a scam, if I don't receive a refund in a week, I will start commenting in social media.

Waiting and waiting for answers to get a refund. I keep being asked to "kindly follow the tracking:. Tracking has not updated since December 19th where it says out for delivery...it's Janaury 10th! Give me back my money!!!
