I was having issues with my Dryer called this company to come to take a look and diagnose the problem. The company tried to cancel on me last minute the day of I was not impressed! When the technician finally did show up to my house he was here for a total of 15 minute turned on my dryer once and listed out a bunch of issues it could be. He wouldn't do any tests on the dryer or even pull it apart/look at it. I asked him multiple times to do a test on the burner as he told me they easily could do that but he didn't want to do it that night because it was "late and his end of shift" he told me if I wanted the test done I would have to pay the service fee again ontop of the $112 I just paid for him to basically hangout. Since there was so many possibilities on what the issue could be I asked him if he could email me an quote for the possible repairs so I can decide. This was on Wednesday and I still have not heard back from the company, I tried called on Thursday to speak with a manager and I was hung up on twice and told someone would call me back on Friday. It's now Sunday and I haven't hard back from a manager, they won't answer there phones anymore and I still haven't received my quote for the possible work. In the mean time of this company wasting my time I was actually able to hire a reliable company to come in and fix my dryer all in the time I'm still waiting for a response from Capital Appliance Repair. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I reached out to Capital Appliance Repair and they gave us an appointment for the same day. The repairman actually called and came earlier. He was very efficient and diagnosed the problem as discussed. He was able to get a replacement immediately and returned promptly to fix our dryer. He explained the repair, left the area clean. Thank you very much for your service.

The gentleman who came to our home was wonderful. He came promptly and worked hard to try to rectify the problem. In the end he was honest enough to tell us that we needed to buy a new fridge. THAT is the sign of a good and honest repairman. We will definitely use this repair company in the future.

I can't say enough good things about capital appliance repair. The service was prompt, accurate, and cost-effective. They came when they said they were going to come, they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no friction, and little hassle. Their service was so good, I asked if the same person could go and assist my mother with her appliance problems. They went the next day, problem solve. Fast, courteous, and highly professional. If you need any small appliance work, call them. You won't regret it.

We were having issues with our Samsung dryer so we called Capital and they were able to book in very quickly. They arrived right on time, were very courteous and fixed the issue with my dryer. Extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

I have used Capital Appliance'service in the past and I was very satisfied with their services. This time, it was on a Easter Monday that I needed help to repair a dishwasher. The soap dispenser in our Bosch dishwasher did not open properly. Contacted Capital Appliance Repair. Promptly, their repairman, George showed up at our door. Courteous, he quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary part. A week later, George came back to install the part. He was quick, informative. Many thanks to George we now have a fully functional dishwasher, and we know a little bit more of how to take care of it. Great Job!

Victor from Capital Appliance Repair was professional, and honest about the issues WRT our fridge. He was able to diagnosis and quickly correct the issues, which was a fried inverter board. The technician, George, was efficient, reassuring and very courteous.
The part required for my washing machine was a long time coming, possibly because of availability and delivery problems during the pandemic. However, when I checked with PartSelect their order page said they had the part in stockand could send it on its way the same day as it was ordered. I have ordered many parts from PartSelect and they have usually arrived within three days.

The repairman Evgreni checked the dryer and determined that it needed a part in order to fix it. The part was not readily available so he ordered it. It will be here in 2-3 weeks. He will return to fix the dryer once the part has arrived. He was very pleasant and explained the situation clearly. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He well represented Capital Appliance Repair.

Very Happy with the service. Called 3 other places all who claimed they were open on the weekend, all of them said they were closed except Capital Appliance Repair. They arrived the same day. After inspection I needed a part that would take a few days to get. After a few days they called and said they would have it installed within the hour. I was very impressed with their service, response time and professionalism.

The technician arrived during the scheduled time to look at my fridge that stopped cooling. After he diagnosed the problem in short order, he outlined the costs and work needed to resolve it but recommended buying a new fridge rather than spending money to try fix it and replace the freon that leaked, as it would likely need to be done again in a few months.

Although this is not the outcome I was hoping for, I am happy that he was honest - likely saving me some money that I can put towards a new fridge.
