They wasting my time

I was calling them for last 2 weeks. They said they're going to give me car, but they haven't give me answer. When I call them they promise to call me back and I don't get call back from them.

What they did well :
(1) The good rates (2) Good customer service

What you are not doing well
(1) Remove mileage cap - Many other rental companies have removed their mileage caps
(2) Battery life of the car I rented is not good. It drops very rapidly

Amazing service

Amazing service!
Very organized, quickly, helped me to upload documents in my BOLT account and was flexible with time to pickup the car.
Cars are all in very good condition, clean and cheaper than others places.

They installed a leather seat cover for free, so it's easy to clean and looks much nicer now!😍

Strongly recommend Capital Hire! ❤️
