Although I had to return my purchase because I was dissatisfied with the quality, the service I received was excellent and couldn't fault it.
The attitude was exemplary, I couldnt have asked for more.

The BBQ cover arrived within the specified time. The cover was exactly as described and fitted my new BBQ very well. So far so good, but will wait as see how it holds up to the British weather.

Goods were delivered quite fast, especially in this climate. Good quality & value for money.

Excellent loungers you get what you pay for

In the present climate, delivery was super fast, only one slight problem, a small piece of laminate missing from the table of the chair. Which I can't be bothered to send back.

The item we ordered arrived within a few days which in these uncertain times was quite a surprise. It was well packed and good quality. Would have no hesitation in buying from you again.

Easy to order. Delivery very swift although no notification before it arrived (perhaps because during lockdown). Chair comfortable - bit difficult to recline if you are short!

Ordered a tent, arrived promptly, however it came with a missing part, despite several emails still haven’t heard back and can’t use the tent without the part. Once we are out of lockdown will be sending it back.

Half a bbq delivered no one updating me with any info had to chase supplier direct to get answers

I had a problem with the Kuma wifi kit. I emailed you and left a message on your answering machine. I got no reply from either source.

I actually got excellent help from the manufacturer no thanks to you.

I understand we are in difficult times just now but if you where able to sell it to me as you did well you should be able to be contacted in the event of a problem.

Very poor service.
