Had to return 1st item but paid refund no problem. Ordered 2nd item but they sent the item that was identical to 1st but because it was their fault they refunded me & I didn't have to send it back. Very polite efficient chap on the phone when I rang them.

Great customer service. The bed I ordered was no longer manufactured (although it showed as in stock when I placed the order), but I was offered a more expensive alternative at no extra cost. Customer service assistance was good.
