Took awhile to hear back from company but they took care of my payment issue but then order was fulfilled quickly and shipment arrived well packaged. We have had no issues with our 1 year old inground trampoline. My kids say it gives better bounce than above grounds we have had in the past.

I had a great experience with their customer service department. I basically had issues with the ability to install the inground trampoline in my yard. Not a fault of the manufacture but more limitations with my yard. The customer service team went above and beyond to help make this right and for that they deserve this review. If I could have installed the item, I am positive I would have been happy. Based on the weight of the boxes, this is a well built item even though I technically never saw it.

Very quick to ship to our house! Directions were not a detailed as could have been and timeframes to build were longer than in the instructions. Overall would definitely consider ordering from them again. Our kids love the trampoline

Fast shipping, knowledgeable on product information, perfect fit. We love our trampoline and the service after the sale was amazing, we recommend them.

I don't even know if this is a good trampoline. When purchased it said I would receive it in 5-10 days. It's well beyond that and I can't get a answer from anyone.

Playpad quality is good. A bit expensive than it should be. Durability remains to be seen. So far so good.

I wish you would also have recommended contractors that can come out to assemble the prodect for a fee. I could not find anyone to install it. Thanks.

Somehow confused my order of a trampoline cover with an order for a full-blown trampoline and attempted to deliver a 300lb package to my house even after I emailed customer service to tell them my packing slip was wrong and they should cancel the order in transit. They responded immediately upon my second contact, canceled the shipment and promptly sent me the cover I purchased. Overall, not terrible but some room for improvement.

We ordered our trampoline weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it.

We ordered the 14x10 and we’ve loved it so far. It’s great quality and the customer service has been top notch. The trampoline arrived much faster than expected. We hand dug the hole which took my husband and me a weekend to get it dug and the trampoline set up and in. We discovered that 2 springs were missing and capital play quickly shipped us some more.
We would recommend capital play to anyone!

I am very impressed with the quality and the instruction of this product. It feels of good quality which is rare these days. The process to purchase and the time it took to ship to our location was very good and made it a bit more exciting. Thus far, I have only made it to the point of getting the hole dug and the frame leveled in the ground. Not kidding, that's a lot of work. However, I was a little disappointed that the weed barrier was not part of the kit. I felt during the whole process of reviewing, purchasing, and installing this kit (14 X 8 square) that the weed barrier would be there, it is not included. Now I have to take the time which causes some delay in the project to find a good weed barrier. Although, I should have looked at the parts list first and that would have indicated it was not there. Other than that, very pleased and I hope the rest of the install will go smoothly.
Update: 6/4/21 - After install/setup:
It was a huge challenge to get the mat installed with the springs. It took 3 men and a small boy (literally) to make this happen. I thought at one point we were going to stretch out several of the springs before getting them all installed. Other than that royal pain, I am still very pleased. Very concerned with the depth recommended between topsoil and the bottom for the 14 X 8 model. Once my 220lb son-in-law got on and put it to the test, I was re-assured that no impact to the ground underneath, especially for the grandkids. It's a big hit and we love it. Would recommend to others just be for-warned about the tough operation to install the springs. Great product.

Shipping was a disaster as I had no information about when item was shipped and it's reaching. Even after the item was delivered, I got a notification that it is being packaged for delivery. I had asked to add a cover to the order and was told that I had to pay extra for shipping for that even though shipping showed that it was not shipped. Left multiple voice mails and slow to respond to calls/emails.

The trampoline itself so far is a 10 out of 10. The install process was much more extensive than I ever imagined. The idea that this could be installed without professional help seems absurd. We at least had help with the excavation - but some other hurdles to be mindful of are 1) potentially needed to shore up the shelf it sits on; 2) irrigation repair; 3) backfilling and sod repair; and 4) cleaning up the yard from the excavator work (i.e. gravel and sand everywhere). I 100% wish I hired a full service landscaping company and would recommend you do too since you're clearly not looking for a trampoline solely based on cost.

Love it instructions are better in the book than video. I would truly recommend.

Great product! It has great bounce, easy assembly, and quick shipping. Compared to our old trampoline this is 100x better
