Amazing product
We had issues with the covid shipping, but Capital Play was 100% on top of everything. Very impressed!
The trampolineis wonderful. The bounce is amazing compared to our other trampolines. It was fairly easy to install, too (I would say that 2 spring pulls would have been wonderful). The net is one of the best I have seen on the market

Trampoline arrived earlier than…
Trampoline arrived earlier than expected. However, we are missing the cover we ordered. I have sent two emails and called and no response.
Edit: it took many phone calls and emails. Finally got in touch with someone that sent a replacement cover. Kids are loving the trampoline.

Kids love this so much! It is a highly used addition to our backyard. And it looks amazing! It is barely visible and cool all at the same time.

The cover sucks
The cover sucks. It has a mess hole in the middle so the logo can be seen. Why not just put the logo on the cover? It doesn’t extend over the sides of the trampoline so items just go into the side. Not worth the money at all...

Thank you for your feedback. The hole is purposely designed to help with the build up of rain water so you are not left with a paddling pool on top of your trampoline that is too heavy to lift off. Also our previous cover was designed to go over the edges of the frame however it killed the grass surrounding the trampoline so this is why our cover only covers the padding area. We hope this helps to explain.

It is really a great trampoline
It is really a great trampoline. My motivation was purely esthetics, but the function and bounce is petter than my old trampoline. The installation was much more difficult than I had expected. I live in Colorado where we have very compact soil therefore the amount of dirt I had to dig out was astonishing. If you have sand base like Florida I believe this install would be a breeze.

Trampoline fun without the eyesore!
We bought this trampoline because we thought it would be fun to have an in ground trampoline but more importantly have a trampoline without the eyesore!! We live in a neighborhood on a lagoon where we can see across to our neighbors houses. They think it’s fun to see kids jumping without being able to see the trampoline. The resources that Capital Play provides are extremely helpful and easy to follow for installation. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and our backyard has become the hit of the neighborhood!

This is a great trampoline
This is a great trampoline. My son is a gymnast and says that it has more spring than our past above ground trampoline. Since it is in the ground the wind isn’t constantly flipping it over. It also blends into the landscape which is nice. We put it right beside our new in ground pool.

Incredibly long delays with poor…

Our trampoline came quickly
Our trampoline came quickly! My husband installed the trampoline by himself,other than digging the hole, it was fairly easy. It was easy to order and delivery was faster than expected. Our kids love it and it's great for the whole family. No worries about climbing in and out, up and down, on a standard trampoline. Best Christmas present!
