Our founders actually invest alongside you, with their own personal funds, they invest these into every single CapitalRise project because they fundamentally believe in the investments.

Exactly right, the beauty of our product is that our property loans are secured (with either a first or second legal charge), and we have had no losses or defaults to date. Our team actually consists of a diverse range of individuals with backgrounds in property development, financial services and technology which we believe gives us an edge. Most property finance proposals we recieve do not actually pass the first stage of our stringent review process - only about 2% pass because we scrutinise every detail and only make the very best opportunities available to investors.


Diversifying makes complete sense and the best thing about our platfrom is that you make your own investment decisions based on your own risk appetite.

Hi Graham,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, your feedback is so important to us and as we are still in the growing stage feedback like this is like gold dust to us. At the moment we are currently targeting 2-5 investment opportunities a quarter, we pride ourselves on the high standards of our credit underwriting and due diligence processes. Having screened and not proceeded with over £1.4 billion opportunities in the last 6 months we believe we are being true to our goal of being highly selective and only letting the highest quality opportunities through. Unlike other platforms we focus on institutional grade real estate which results in us targeting a smaller number of much larger loans, our latest £4.9m raise being a good example of this.

Once we receive funds we do have to go through final checks required by the FCA, and once these are complete investors that pass these checks are included in the next batch of investments due to be transferred which are transferred weekly. We currently rely on email notifications to keep our investors updated when we receive their funds and when they have been invested. Just to let you know our product team are working really hard on implementing new features on the ‘My Account’ section of our platform. Within the next few months investors will have the functionality to instantly view their cash balances being held on the platform whilst queued for their next investment. Once these changes are in place, we have already lined up a small group of investors to test this to get their first hand feedback and we would love for you to be part of this group as well, if you would like to join of course.

Our aim is to communicate openly with investors from the point of investment right through to when their investment starts accruing returns and we do send emails updating investors throughout this process, but we will of course revisit these communications to see if these can be improved in any way until the additional features on our platform are implemented.

Hi Patrice,

I'm delighted that you find our product wonderful, essentially what we are doing is disrupting the old ways of investing and cutting out the middle man so you can earn returns of 8-12%. We want to offer the best so with the industry experience that our credit committee have they make sure and scrutinise each deal and only select the best and in actual fact only 2% of deals are accepted. Our founders actually invest their own personal funds in every project because they fundmentally believe in them as well.

A lot of individuals who invest with us do want to save and our platform can give you access to real estate investments that generate excellent returns (typically between 8-12%) for you to be able to do this.
