Best and proven property crowdlending platform out there
I have been with the platform from the very beginning and invested into several dozen opportunities - all successfully, without any hick ups so far, delivering a strong, tax free return in the IFISA.
capitalrise have come a long way and originated consistently, providing full transparency on all deal documents so you can go as detailed as you want, and also providing detailed updates along the way for every investment.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. I was so impressed with the combination of slick interface ensuring timely deposits and withdrawals. Excellent communication regards the investment and very clear on risk. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Wish I knew much earlier!
Very happy with my 1st investment. Would have been 5 stars but investment redeemed early (which in one sense a good thing) but no available opportunity to invest in so fund is not generating interest at the moment.

All round good platform to use
All round good platform to use, couldn't really be much easier to invest.
Good returns at over 8% as well so I will definitely continue using these guys.
The only minor issue for me is I have missed out on a couple of investment opportunities that have been first come first served even though I have tried to invest within the first few minutes of it going live. I think there are sometimes investment limits to prevent this happening now but a recent opportunity was fully funded within the first couple of minutes I think which was disappointing.
I will be quicker next time though.
