Order Delayed with No Updates
I placed my order on March 20th, and as of today, I still haven’t received my product or any updates regarding the shipment or delivery. Despite the lack of information, I was sent an email asking me to review my shipping experience—yet I have nothing to review because I haven’t received anything. This level of service is extremely poor, and I’m very disappointed. I need clear updates on my order status and an estimated delivery date as soon as possible.

I have had a look into your order it was placed on 09/03 and delivered 20/03 which is within our 7-10 working day delivery terms. This delivery date was also confirmed with you on 18/03 and agreed. We're a little disappointed you have felt the need to leave this review. We would like to point out to our customers we are a local, family run business so reviews are very important to the success and growth of our business. A lot of our work comes through reviews and recommendations. Reviews like this should be considered more carefully before posting.

Reliable service, great communication and transparent pricing. The pipework and the water softener stand were meticulouly completed. Jordan was consistently patient and helpful in answering all my questions, both before and after the installation. He even went the extra mile by offering to make a follow-up visit.
